    This Timbers armies is a pioneer yet unique football culture that I can't found from another football fans. Something that I can appriciate from US FOOTBALL. Hope your football will develope and doing a right thing to your system like pro-rel league regulation

      When we get 32 teams we might, Pro-Rel might actually aid in creating more clubs in the US. It is expensive to put a club in the MLS, but if there was an MLS2 then fees should be cheaper. It would be very interesting to see clubs like Sacramento Republic, Phoenix Rising, Louisville City, San Antonio, and Indy Eleven fight for promotion instead of money. It may even create a new type of Soccer Culture in the United States, Clubs that payed their way into the MLS and the clubs that worked to get there. Honestly, since last year, when my Timbers weren't doing so well, I really wished that they had Pro-Rel to scare the clubs into fighting to stay in the league.

    I would like to ask to the fans US football or soccer as you know there. What do you think about a mainstream football league regulation? I mean, if you wanna become the best of the league, then you have to defeat all your oppenents. Means your consistency and your durability were tested.
    And the second ones. What do you think about Pro-Rel league regulation?

      ryan febrianto we all want pro-rel, we just know it’s a long way off, luckily pro-rel between USL champ and league one isn’t that far off, USL league one just needs a few years to go, we could have pro-rel between those two league before we host the next World Cup

      MLS franchise fee is >$200m. Next level down USL-1 franchise fee is $10m. Not happening.

      I honestly don't want it because this league is supposed to be a parity of all the others. Based off what I have seen from the other leagues we need to keep it that way because then it will be just 4 teams beating and kicking the other teams while they are on the ground into a bloody pulp. People say that we are not competitive when there a new winner every year and in Europe it's so predictable. The only foreign teams that I like are alianza lima from Peru (family heritage team), Real Betis, St. Pauli and Union Berlin. I just feel that pro/reg would ruin this leagues identity and everything that it stands for. The fact it's supposed to be a parity.

    • @ryanfebrianto8973

      @@RhombusLabs yes man, that was one of the problem that your system and your football federation need to breakdown and solve. We know it is not a discourse that can executed in just a few years but if your federation can build up a settle system. And maybe you can learn from Premier League to know how to build a good league system and marketing. I believe in decades after your football revolution your football will be a one of world elites. And look what japan did to their football after Doha disgrace, they did a revolution that improved their quality. And now their national team quality just inches away from european standard.

      @@surfhappens202 I really appriciate your perspective about heritage and cultural value. Because football itself was a tool to deliver those values. Yes, we know this Pro-Rel system brings us capitalism in football. But if we just focusing football just from heritage and cultural values we will forget the main idea of this sport.
      Legacy and Achievement. Without eager to get an achievement your football will go nowhere. And tbh from the teams that you mention, I wonder where are they now? But if you want an example a team that still has their cultural value and survive in modern era football is Ajax, a club that US soccer need to learn from. Ajax is a club that has cultural and heritage values, but they need achievement to keep their values. That's why they can survive and produce the best football philsophy.

      @Squirrelanditsnutz 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sounders are petty, they think that they are a big dog, but that's only because you play in a stadium meant for the Seahawks. Take that stadium away and you'll look just as pathetic as KSC when they still called themselves "The Wiz".

    • @justinjohnson5906
      @justinjohnson5906 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sounders win more games at the link than the seahawks do. Sounders hold the record for largest crowd at Centrylink. You wanna pretend it's the seahawks stadium that's fine man.

      Any sensible person is "antifa(scist)". Fascism is nothing but fear and selfishness; the political manifestation of the basest of human instincts.
