    I'll be dog gone ! I'm 62 and a professional interior /furniture painter and never in my life did I ever think to use a deck of cards to slip in while painting around a mirror or such.Never too old to learn new tricks !!! Thank you.

    I teach kinder as well and the student loan debt is depressing when I think about it! I started the Dave Ramsey program 1 year ago. I have paid off my credit card, my car, my husband's car and now I just started working on the student loan debt. It's overwhelming because my B.A. I incurred no debt, all of the student loans are from my master's degree. Your channel gives me hope that there can be a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!!

    • @wewemcrhyne
      @wewemcrhyne 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I know the amount of the loan can be overwhelming. But look how much you’ve paid off in the last year! I’m so proud of you and your husband. My husband and I did the same thing 15 or more years ago. It was soooo hard, especially in ‘08-‘09 recession hit. But we did it! We started retirement, education funds for the girls (now in college) and bought life insurance. Last year my 52 year old husband died unexpectedly of COVID. The greatest gift he gave to me was financial stability so I can take care of my girls and not have to work full time. This probably won’t happen to you, but if something did happen, you’re better able to take care of yourself now than 1 year ago. And in a year, you will be even so much more secure. You’re doing a great job!!!

    God is soooo good. I am soooooo happy & excited for you💚! I have no clue how I found you but here we are. I used to buy cheap & sell to flippers like you & loved it. The look in their eyes as they were imagining that pieces destiny! It was also great quick money. My husband encouraged me to try painting and possibly triple my earnings. UUUUUMMMMM 🦗🦗🦗🦗 from me. I was sooooo afraid & still a little scared. I CAN'T thank you enough for your videos, your spirit, your explanations & your smile!!! I'm rooting for you as you pay off your debt!!!! Thank you for being courageous & sharing the TRUTH good, bad & ugly of flipping. Blessings & I'm excited to start My Journey!!!

    Imagine how fast you could pay off that loan if you had a nickel for every time you said 'student loan debt'

    My fav for this month was the dresser set where the shell was painted black and the drawer fronts stained. So pretty!

    Thank you so much for being transparent not only with your flip profits but also your TH-cam ad revenue. It’s really helpful.
    I just want to say how impressed I am with you finding creative ways to earn extra cash to get out of debt and set yourself up financially in life. I had a great career with 8 years of university behind me but even with that success, the cost of living in my city was so high that I was living paycheck to paycheck like most people are - it was house flipping that helped me eventually accumulate enough equity be mortgage free in my 40s. Stick with it!

    I love that you work so hard to pay down your bills. And that you help shape the minds of your students.
    I recently watched a video from another gal who used paintable wallpaper on some drawer fronts. The end result looked amazing 🤩. Another thing I wanted to share with you, have you created an LLC? Having all your furniture flipping activities in a business would make all your materials and supplies tax deductible.
