Dude Mael is the character that dragging goddesses down the same way Garbage Arthur was for humans are was instantly replced. Mael is two years old and his stats are trash unlike Margaret. In the current meta going first is vital and Mael's cc is terrible.
Mael passive not letting them get lowered is by default just good. The stat lowering of the demon team is just crazy. U can barley do dmg to those mfs. @@ramin1369

The brilliance of sun that mael provides to the team is absolutely vital to the team, because it prevents stat decrease effects for the WHOLE TEAM. That buff is broken and stupidly overpowered, its one of the main reasons why Millim and UR Escanor are so good. The 30% damage reduction is just a helpful bonus, and Mael still can output really good damage with his holy relic. Even if his damage doesnt really stand up to characters nowadays, its still competent and reliable enough to stand up against the defences of units nowadays. The reason why Margaret is dragging the team down, is because she melts like butter. Her defences are really bad, she takes the most damage in a goddess team, and the real nail in the coffin is that she cant have tarmiel link, and she has really bad lifesteal.
@@kaminuku during Meli/eli's release I only have faced goddess twice amd and easily out cced them you might not believe me but with 3 aoe I killed Mael but Margaret survived. She is an LR and has way better than stats than Mael. As you can clearly see Mael has already been replaced with this New Sariel and goddess team will be completed as Tristan releases.

Two of the worst banners, reused models, rerun bosses, rerun final boss escanor, old sariel with horrendous awful CC. I legit cannot go first rn with Goddesses even with Mael relic and LR Marg and a cc booster as a backline. Demons as well. Demons CC is just outright bad. while im having no issue going first with Milim comps. I don't even know what to say about the Ban. Like why did anyone get excited for Purgatory and Trans Ban man. It would have been the best thing this celebration. But I cannot think of a worse celebration in the last 18 months to two years and I've been playing since launch. Remember Purg Bans festival with Fever banner? Remember the slime rerun with new bosses and QoL. The only downside was LR Rimuru's kit.

The new Sariel's stance IS NOT good. REMEMBER...ALBEDO APPLIES BUFFS TO HERSELF THAT BOOSTS HER ATRACK AND ALSO HER AMPLIFY SKILL which both boosts damage. THIS NEW SARIEL DOES NOT DO THAT.

Im a returning player on a new account, do i spend all my gems on the meli & eli banner or save up some gems for this one? I feel this is kinda bad but it is always good hearing opinions by more experienced players
im also new, the meli eli is a great char for me, can build them into 3 separate teams, my main is escanor, meli eli, lr diane and gowther, im able to do master pvp, they kinda suck for story though, they are blocked from being used in any content with mel or liz, but they are really hard hitting and the insta dmg when on a demon team makes grinding the early places super quick
Get meli and Eli they are do good and will be useful waylonger that this sariel done common on him you are a new player and he won't be good even if you have a good team

They even skipped the entire story of the Cursed By Light movie which she made her first ever on screen appearance and they made it similar to how they fought the Demon King but but only on her "original" form unlike the Demon King which the fought both in the "possessed" forms of Zeldris and Meliodas. And never was is also stated in the manga that Liz had a "Supreme Deity" form nor she was granted a special "Grace" being the somewhat biological daughter of the Supreme Deity. She's on par with the archangel but is a totally different class of goddess on her own. So Supereme Deity being added into 7DS will only work as like an end-game boss fight similar to the Demon King battle. IF they ever plan to make a new Liz unit themed around her, it would then be game original character like the 7 catastrophes and the ragnarok characters, not a manga original character.
In other words, the only new content is New year red Sariel and the future green LR Ban from the coin shop. The PvE content is a copy and paste of last year's banner (Green Harlequin). They have only added the hero arena, which is already boring because it is easily completed. They have not bothered to add new PvE content, and they claim in the developer notes that new PvE content is coming, but whenever bring it . They could have at least released some new relics or added the 4 vs 4 PvP, which has been absent for a while . I have been playing since the beginning, and I am not going to lie; the game is good, but the content is still largely a copy and paste from previous years. I hope Netmarble releases new PvE content in this 2025, in which we can use old characters from past years that are collecting dust in the box. I would like for them to add a customizable difficulty: (like in Malek) to the Red Demon, Gray Demon, Howlex Demon, Bellmoth, and Original Demon to make them more challenging, or perhaps add a fourth floor kind of like Hraesvelgr. They could also remove the daily limit on farming Bellmoth and the Original Demon, as it can only be done three times per day, hindering the leveling of box characters.

a terrible unit the passive is extremely bad 15% basic stats and 10% defense related stats if you can buff goddess will be outcced if you can't buff because you will be outcced you are a one shot two parts of the passive you cannot use as always goddess gets no love. I once made a nerobusta passive which is a passive which would have an effect on goddess At the start of allies' turn, applies Goddess Aide (Gray Buff) to all Goddess allies. Increases Goddess allies' basic stats by 30%, then increases Defense-related stats of allies by 15% for each ally of Goddess race in battle. At the start of allies' turn Removes 1-5 Debuffs every round for each debuff removed restores 10% of Max HP *Goddess Aide: At the start of allies' turn, increase Attack-related stats of Goddess allies by 18% for 1 round

That's all the goddess team can get out of all the original 7DS goddess characters. The only way to keep it relevant for the next few years is by adding 4KOA Tristan.
