Jimmy Greaves doing the "old codger" act, saying how long ago it all was and how everything has changed since he was a young lad. Greavsie was only 45 when he did this.
Stamford Bridge used to be my favourite away ground, back in the 1980's and very early 1990's. The old North stand was brilliant to stand on as a terrace. Just a bit too far away from the pitch though.
You're right, they are brilliant and many are on YT already. I've only got compilations unfortunately and i've even edited those down to the best bits.

Stamford bridge back then, was what there famous stand was, a shed. One of there stands was called the shed, and it was true, there stadium looked like a shed back in those days The away fans were so far from the pitch, you can see that stand behind ken bates when he was speaking, ie the away fans stand there at the bridge.
Love the theme, very nostalgic hearing it again.
Ahh great stuff. Saint and Greavsie was brilliant.
Great characters back then& the Saint& Greavsie show was a must on a Sat Morning!

I've been to many London grounds but never Stamford Bridge, I agree looking at the old Big matches on ITV that the stands look a long way away!
