Oh my goodness. I think you would both be interested in Dr. Iain McGilchrist’s 2 volume book, The Matter with Things, Our Brains, Our Delusions and the Unmaking of the World. 30 years of research. I think Chapter 28 would resonate, because you both seem to be experiencing it continuously.
I’m shocked listening to this what Dr Doty said about healing from cancer, then went on to contradict it later with other stories. Myself and many others I know have healed from cancer without conventional treatments and used alternative treatments. And yes a vegan diet and crystals were involved among other things. I’m disappointed that he made this statement however enjoyed the rest of the conversation.

Wow, picked your parents!?! I grew up with a cold mother, who harbored a grudge against men. My father got her pregnant and left. A Stepfather who I virtually had no relationship with and a stepsister who was in and out of the psych ward for most of her life. What was I thinking?
