This car's blis system greatly enhances the driver's confidence.
Volvo, a Swedish company, was actually purchased from Ford by a Chinese company. Judging by videos of their Wuhan China plant, the managers all seem to be from Sweden. The XC60 also comes from China, however Volvo is building a plant in South Carolina for the US market.

Nice review. It's the last gen so I'm thinking about getting one of these used. The Inscription has more rear seat room. I guess you know the new gen S60 is built in South Carolina, USA. So, that's good for jobs. Volvo also plans to build their next xc90 in the USA too. That's coming out in '22.
Buying one tomorrow (used). Drove a 2 year old Lexus GS350 today for the first time. Absolutely cream puff condition. Absolutely gorgeous but the driving experience was surprisingly unimpressive. This is a better all around car for the same money just not as stylish, IMHO.
I also recently bought this car. Osmium gray with black interior. It was cpo but Volvo recently reduced their program length from 7 years to 5 years. They don't make very high margins on their used cars so by reducing the length of time the warranty lasts they're hoping to increase extended warranty sales. Their strategy worked as I bought an additional 2 years for 1.5K. I told the sales guy I was very disappointed they reduced the length of time cpo warranty lasts and used that as a way to barter the price down 1.5k.

From a drivers standpoint the S60 is an excellent car. From a technology standpoint, "quirky" is an understatement. The advanced features aren't apparent and hidden beneath layers of menus. The navigation is clumsy and antiquated and the screen hard to read. Very little is intuitive. Volvo's "packages" are not fully described, even on the window sticker. It's metaphorically like Nancy Pelosi and Obamacare.... You have to buy it to see what's in it. I bought a 2017 S60 inscription two weeks ago... and I still don't know all the features that it has (or doesn't have). Having said that, the S60 is a better buy than a BMW 3 or Audi A4, especially if you keep cars for a long time.

Judging by your video it's so noisy.
Noise protection clearly isn't good you can judge by a fact that you're trying to speak louder sometimes.
