Everyone needs a Hulk!
This is a MASSIVE exaggeration....
I shut down Strange Hulk combos pretty frequently in my experience as a Peni main.
I already know the strat of the Hulk. He jumps in, he punches, he claps a little bit, he gets low and he dips.
I don't allow him to dip though. I web him up, and mine his location whenever he Hulks down.
I've beaten this combo PLENTY of times in solo queue. It's not a guaranteed win like you're promising your viewership that it is.
Even with a GOOD Hulk player, it's still very challenging. Kudos for making it work here though!
That is so interesting to hear because from my experience that the exact opposite is true and I used this tactic to rank up from Silver to Plat 1 in a matter of days!
what servers are you playing on? I play on EU and maybe the meta/people are different at other servers.

How do you dominate so much on Hulk ? I just picked him up
I've played Hulk as my only tank character for over 7 hours so naturally I just got better playing him as time went on but the best tip that I can give you is to learn how to play with your jump key always pressed so you only need to release it whenever you need to initiate or escape quickly.
You should also try and break the enemy line up, I usually do this by jumping on the supports thus making everyone focus me and then jump back into safety.
