Hi, im looking to repurpose a few expired domains, do you offer such service? From choosing the domain’s niche to reviving its content and then adding content for the products we want to market? Please let us know , Thanks
Thanks for the insights. What if an aged domain with some authority was 301 redirected by the previous owner. Will it be any use if i want to buy it specifically for its age and authority?
Yes just check the active links pointing to it and make sure they are still there. I wouldn’t use too many 301’s for a long term site also. I personally rarely do this anymore. New links with really good link profiles cost a little more than buying a domain and much less work and no annual fees.
@@JarrettHolmes I was looking to get some expired domains and point them to my site to boost myself, when I came across your video and this message. Any advice on how to get new links (or to clarify what type of link you are referring to)? if I could avoid annual fees, that would be quite good.
Hi - thanks for the video! I appreciated the time you took showing your backlink research. I'm still not clear on the "citation" link though? I occasionally see backlinks that just have a list of websites on the page. That seems like a bad thing to me? Also, how important is it for the site to be currently indexed by Google? Thanks for your time!
Citations are links like Yelp, Google listing and BBB. Places to list your business like a directory, but not crap spam directory’s. Bring indexed is crucial for all links, otherwise they don’t exist to Google. I’m getting ready to do a ton of SEO training videos. What would you like to see?
@@JarrettHolmes thanks for the replay and clarifying the citation links! >I’m getting ready to do a ton of SEO training videos. What would you like to see? I should have led with my second question regarding the Google indexing. I know how to check if a site is indexed, but how important is it for an expired domain to still be indexed? A few videos I've watched mentioned checking if a site is currently indexed, but none have stated how important it is. Do you still buy a site even if it is no longer indexed?
Yes, It's best if it's still indexed. As far as buying, it depends on what you need it for. If you want it for building a new site or branding reasons, then yes. If you want it for a PBN, then probably not, but that's an open call. You can still rebuild it using Wayback, but I no longer use PBNs. I only use ExpiredDomains for branded names or EMD/PMD reasons.@@rickboyerdev
Thanks for the informative video. I am wondering - is it worth it to buy an expired domain with essentially no backlinks and domain authority, just for the 'aged domain'? I mean, will it really help me rank the site faster vs buying a completely new domain?
hi there, nice tutorial. if you were to buy all the sewers domains, do you really mean, to create at least 20-30 pages for each website and then interlink each other? or just link to the main web?
I would only buy one, the strongest one, and then build a mega site on it. Buying many is useless as you have to build them all up and SEO them all for a long time to drive and maintain power. I personally don't use expired domains also for SEO anymore. I was just showing you how to find good ones with preexisting links.
@@JarrettHolmes I'd like to be able to search with lots of parameters, but without any keywords or characters. It looks like it makes you enter at least 2 characters
All these domains you showed are garbage and are useless to buy for SEO unless you have a business in that particular field. Man I am getting sick of all these YT dudes like you steering people the wrong way! If you want a powerful domain you need to open your wallet, no $10- domain is going to get you anywhere, people who tell you it will never show proof, have you wondered why that is?
No one said i was picking a quality domain for SEO in this video. This video was simply showing others how to use the website as a place to buy them. I've been doing SEO for clients for 15+ years.
Hello, can you activate the subtitles of the video?. Reviewing the video I see that you are wasting a lot of time in the investigation, there are other factors faster to know which domain to target and use other tools to do this in volume, because otherwise it will take hours reviewing each domain.
I use the tool for finding quick wins and domains I never would have thought of. It’s great for brainstorming. I don’t use it for deep domain inspection. I use Ahrefs for that.

Very good information. I've been looking for other traffic sources to feed my website, and this is something I will consider.
You got this.
Thank you for the Tutorial!
You are welcome!
Great video! On the "Make Offer" where would you typically start, $10+/-?
Yes whatever you are comfortable with. They will message you back like a minimum bid if you are low. Then you choose whether to keep bidding or not.

what if some of these links have the city name on them? I don't want to target that city..
Then avoid them. You can always add a city page like /orlando to your domain

Yes, absolutely. Look at the backlinks on Ahrefs first to see if they are good.

Do you have to enter at least 2 characters to search for?
Not sure. I search by keywords and I turn off characters and numbers and I set a letter limit for shorter domains.

I started searching this topic for about 1hr and noticed that these ppl don’t show profit nor explain actionable guidelines for the avg person.
