This was an excellent debate by two sober and matured people who spoke factually and unemotionally and I followed it with rapt attention. Mr Kulkarni made a valuable point about the growing importance of the social media which has shown the courage to challenge and expose the Government and is gaining more attention from the public. If Modi comes back to power he will do his very best to try and muzzle this media - the efforts have already commenced, in fact. I only hope Mr Kulkarni is right when he says that if Mr Modi returns he will not be able to function in the way he has done over the past ten years.

A thought cane to my mind this morning. Our country administration is not a presidential type. We have to get back narrative that our duty as citizens is to elect my MP based on his credentials first. Then the MPs of the majority party will elect a leader . I don't think who is alternative to Modi is as important to what are the alternative policies. The country needs strong policies, within the gambit of our Constitution. It is one of the best.
