The “bullet building” is called the Gherkin! We have a tendency to name our skyscrapers based on what they look like 😂 so the building where the Sky Garden is people refer to as the Walkie Talkie. The Walkie Talkie actually had to go through an entire resurfacing of the glass soon after its development because the glass panels reflected sunlight (due to the shape of the front side of the building) onto cars in front of it, I know one car legit set on fire from the reflected sunlight, crazy 😬

As a born & bred Londoner: The irony that Victoria station has a dedication of pictures for their BAME staff, but one of their black members of staff (Belly Mujinga) was assaulted dying as a result and there is still no justice. Even though Victoria is the second largest train station in London, CCTV covers everywhere 😢💔

You're showing me things as a Londoner that I haven't been to lol. I used to work in Somerset House, the Inland Revenue (gangsters lol) used to house some of the departments there. It was cool going to work there actually. Very touching remembering your loved ones and paying tribute like you said.
I love videos like this! My husband and I were supposed to go to London in May but has to cancel due to COVID. We rescheduled for next week and that also got canceled. So watching this vlog almost makes me feel like I’m there. I miss it so much!! Thanks Paige! 🦋🦋

I am meant to be visiting London again in a couple of weeks, as long as heavier lockdown restrictions won't ban travel within the country, and this vlog has me itching to go!

Five Guys burgers DO slap! However, you have to get extra of what you like to make it worth it. I often get extra cheese and pickles. Their fries are bomb, though. I just tried Shake Shack's burgers and I think they are a little bit better. The fries were a let-down.

This is the new norm now. I haven't been to London in 15 years. Your visit to Covent Gardens brought back memories, especially going on that tube station for covent Gardens with all those steps
The restrictions are the same in Minneapolis, masks on except for when you sit at the table. The staff of course wear them the whole time, and FYI, Squares are my fave crisp! Well, one of them.
Such a shame that Covent Garden was like a ghost town; before Covid it was a heaving throng every day of the week. Feel so sorry for all the independent traders there !
I came back to the UK in March after spending a few months in the US. Let me tell you... I regularly dream about Popeyes and I can't wait to have it again.
