This is pretty sick, reminds me a lot of bonamassas tone boosted even more. Or a skid row lead tone like in 18 and life. Would be sick to hear how it sits in a mix with a backing track next time tho, awesome playing too my friend.
Sounds like my triple non multi watt with a fortin 33 but less piercing. I have a dirty tree that to me sounds nothing like the OG 33. I’m curious the cost of this mod.
@@HermanssonAmplification Man, have watched this vid over and over since yesterday! Amazing tone, amazing playing, just awesome man! I wish you were here in the US, I don't own a Dual Rec currently but I might just go buy one to have you do this mod on it! Always loved the Dual Rec controls setup and the flexibility they have but preferred the Mark series amps overall since they are tight without having to use a boost. This amp just sounds monstrous!
@@admgloval thank you! I ship to the US all the time so that’s not a problem. I usually arrange shipping both ways if the customer already have an amp. Otherwise it’s sometimes possible to buy amps within Europe (reverb.com) and have them shipped directly to my workshop for rebuild. If it’s an export version Mesa most models can be wired for both EU and US power so I can wire the amp for US power before I send it.
Sounds great, but wouldn`t it be better to just build a new amp that is not as annoying to maintain? Also, would you consider to mod a 5150? I REALLY REALLY dig the tightness of your amps.
1.) Do older 2 channels make a difference in the mods you do? 2.) what is the big difference in 2 channel RevG vs 3 channels? 3.) are you gonna make your own amp? I’m still saving up to get this mod on my triple recto.
1.) I install the Hermansson 4 gain stages circuit regardless of rectifier version. 2.) Better internal layout in the 2 channel versions and they also have room for my tightness control which gives you more a more versatile amp, different transformers as well. 3.) Yes!
@@HermanssonAmplification So it’s worth it to track down a 2 channel Recto? Also, dude! Do you have a mailing/waiting list for your amp when it comes out? If it’s “like” the Mesa mods you do and as tight as you seem to magically get them then I’ll happily buy one. I love the mods you do. I use a Fortin 33 or Dirty Tree to get my 3 channel triple recto to get it to sound the way I like and close to as tight and close to the attack I want but your mods just seem to absolutely slay. I can’t wait to grab one.
Going to go out on a limb and say these are the best-sounding amps I've heard. Ever. Stunning.
Mesa boogie should hire you too mod the dual rec series. They would be struggling to keep up with demand for the amps
FINALLY... a mesa I love! I'm not a mesa guy, but know they are awesome, just not my dynamic flavor...until now! VERY dynamic!
This man is the Tube MAGICIAN!!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Tighter than tight wow
HERMANSSON LIVES!!!! VIVA LA HERMANSSON!!!!!

Thats actually a good question, what did snake sabo use signal chain wise?
So good man! Love mine. Thank you again mate!
You are an awesome guitar player too!🤘🏼
Thank you! 🙏🏻
You have excellent tone. The amp sounds great but i can tell what youd sound like playing thru any amp
@@BigTyronietruth
stunning as usual!!!
Very piercing highs but I like the tightness.
Need to get Ola Englund demoing these! Sounds unreallllll
Really awesome tone! When will this be available in America?
Thank you! I send amps to the USA almost every week.
Fantastic sound! Have you ever thought of doing a plugin?

No boost? Man that sounds really awesome!
No boost, guitar straight into the amp.

Sounds absolutely killer.
Out of curiosity: can your mods be done for mini amps, like Mini Rectifier 25?

Then it might not sound like this
Magic sound 🤘 Is it possible to get this kind of tight sound in a Marshall 100 HR ?
Thank you! I’ve not developed a modification for the Marshall 100 HR.
What speakers are in the cab?
Celestion Greenbacks 25W 75Hz from 1970/1973
LOVE!!!!!

Was that Europe?
I have a 2007-2008 non-multi-watt Triple Rec. Can these modifications be done to it? How much does it typically cost? Thanks!
Yes, it’s possible! Send me an email:

Hell yeah
Do you mod most types of amps? Figured if you can mod a complicated Mesa, you can mod most amps.
Sounding sweet as fuck.
Holy cow!!!!!!!
Compression with it being open. Not easy.
Good chooch on that
PLEASE make some NAM captures 🙏
Wow
Got that camera bouncing. Let er eat!
Dialed!
What if they sounded like EVH? There are enough 5150s and 6505s out there, If i buy a mesa i expect a mesa
This amp sounds better than a 5150 or a Mesa.
ZERO LATENCY...THAT'S FOR ME.
