So if Aang died they would have to go train for some years and come back In fact Ozai is stated by the developers to be essentially an older Zuko with a dark path. Basically if Zuko kept being angry. This was also symbolised in Zukos nightmare with the two dragons. So we know Zuko even without the teachings he had that Ozai didnt have, would eventually match him. Except Ozai would be getting older and older With Zuko and Azula also being stated to have more potential due to Rokus blood in the comics The White Lotus as a team would also comfortably subdue Ozai Whether Azula is on his side at this is very questionable. But either way Ozai is doomed, especially by how he pushed his daughter away. He is defeated regardless and the Water Tribe Avatar is simply born decades earlier. However after being imprisoned and he would most likely get bloodbended to death by a full moon Katara for what he did to Aang Wouldn't you know it making everyone your enemy is not a good idea. Considering the scenarios i described i would say Ozai got the best deal possible,and thats no exaggeration. It is likely however that Ozai would prefer an older full potential Zuko killing him and becoming just like him,likely the only ending he would find acceptable,like he did to Azulon in a way.
Pretty much he did it from Katara's perspective, and he narrated it as Katara. He is a man, though, so obviously, it will sound like a man. Maybe he couldn't find a woman to help him with the voicing, or he didn't want to for some reason, but that's a what-if narrated by Katara, but voiced by a man.
