    hi sir i am working on in-situ nasal gel preparation id appreciate your view on polymeric formulations for BCS class 2 drugs. LOVE YOUR WORK(I have just completed my bachelors)

      Thanks for your kind words :) In general, I think polymeric formulations for BCS class 2 drugs are a good option - I am not a fan of cyclodextrins, so if a drug has poor solubility I think amorphous formulation, salts or polymers are the way forward.
