Thank you for your patience! Crystallization followed by filtration and drying is the best and scalable method to isolate cocrystal. It will help to purify. Cocrystal behave like other multi components (Hydrate & solvate). We can store the cocrystal in the same API's packing conditions. Stress study results will guide you to choose the right packaging material.
