Great video. Louisiana is a great state for many outdoor activities. But at times, you guys catch some devasting weather, which puts a damper on relocating there.
Thank you all for making these videos Me and my family really enjoy watching them its nice to see the love u have for each other as a family and for people u meet on the way it’s a nice change of pace instead of the fake crap that is on tv now of days much love from North Carolina
The tide was actually falling slow. It's always better out there on an incoming tide. That girl don't play. Wait until we go frogging. She is a beast. Lol! Thanks buddy! 🎣🎣🦀🦀
Awesome again! Man those spots had it all!!! Understated day!… including two nice trout in the mix. I bet those shrimp were cooked up that night. Keep it up guys and keep enjoying! Making me anxious to hook that camper back up asap. Cheers!
It's nice to have those kind of places to go play at. A lot of times you can catch a whole lot of seafood depending on the tide. My son loves hanging out on the dams. Get that camper roll'n. I know that is all kinds of fun. Thanks buddy! Take care and keep catch'n!🎣🦀
@@nolimitfishinghuntingteam2237 I just picked up a duck lease in Dulac. I didn't even get a chance to go check it out yet. I'm actually more interested in the fishing then the hunting. Hope you get a chance to get out there and catch some fish. Let me know where they biting. 🎣🎣🎣
Another great day on the water. Beauteous weather! Keep practicing, Drake. You will definitely catch on at some point. Cast nets take a "touch" that you just don't quite have yet.... But trust me. You will pick it one day and WHAM! You'll be as good as your dad with it. Stay safe out there, Keith! Whipple
It's always a great day when I get the whole crew out there. Im gonna work with Drake on his cast netting. It won't take long. Like you said, once he figures it out it's on. Thanks buddy! Take care way up there! 🦀
Tara can go to work for Bubba-Gump Shrimp'n 😮 No just kidding, you're the best Tara, all of y'all are the best keeping this old sick man entertained, I feel like I'm right there with y'all. Later!
Looks like a great day to get out there on the water , SW winds been given us a hard time , low water conditions making it harder to get too the reds , put out a couple traps other day , crabs about the same running on the small side , Can’t wait till this wind comes out of the SE , push some water back in , thanks again for sharing your video , keep them coming
It's hit and miss with the crabs over here. We just enjoy going to all the awesome areas we have around here. We found some schooling reds Tuesday. Got some pretty cool drone footage like you mentioned. Hard to beat fishing in the schools. Gets your blood flowing. Thanks buddy! 🦀🎣
We threw the cast net over here in Hopedale/End of the World on a slow falling tide and got about 6lbs but we had to fight those damn Deer Flies/Gold flies. Man those things will tear you UP! Lol, as always love your sweet family vids. Next time y’all are near Slidell, let me know.
@@Penelopy43 We have those deer flies by the house. They are relentless little suckers. It's always hit or miss by those damns but always fun especially when I get my crew to come with me. Thank you! Good luck on your end!🦀🎣
Jonesing for a new vid to watch going back through oldies and came across this one. “Gaftop” cats. Do y’all really eat them slimy, my opinion, nasty things? If so, let’s see a worthwhile way to prepare them. Please, as we catch tons of them in Port A
@@datlouisianalife sweet I’ll have to swing by next time I’m in the area. All my nets are made for heavy current. Have you ever been to marsh island and caught those jumbos? That’s what my nets are made for. They have some serious big boys out there.
@@deerfishing1 We usually catch some medium to large ones depending on where we go. Sometimes at those dams they run kinda small. I have been out there to marsh island. Would love to get some of those fatties.
@@datlouisianalife that’s interesting to hear because on marsh island the smallest I’ve seen is a medium. I guess maybe because it’s so close to the gulf…. If you’re willing I’d be more than happy to go out there with ya. They even have some pretty big blue cats as well. Haven’t caught many reds at the dam but we have filled the boat with a limits of crabs, shrimp and a mess of catfish.

So Nice that you share the crabs 🦀 with your neighbors ❤ Super fun video!
Thank ya! We share fish , too, most of the time. Some prefer fresh water fish, and some prefer saltwater fish, so we spread it around when we can 😁
