He was a decent player, just lacked that wow factor. Solid at set pieces and passing from range as a holding midfield. Not to mention good at shooting from range. But didn't work out for him at Liverpool sadly.
He was a beast bro. I remember watching him alot during his best years, and not many in PL history I would pick to take a penalty over him, in a crucial game. Obviously there are many flashy, precise shooters, but Charlie Adam had this special safe way of scoring penalties with ease
Liverpool fans have every right to be unbearable… after we had to sit through years of Charli Adam , Joe Allen, Lallana, Andy Carroll, Jovanovic, Poulsen , Stewart Downing, Craig Bellamy, Jonio Shelvy and a host of other forgettable mediocre players!!!
Adam, allen, lallana, carroll, and Shelvy are all actually really talented but inconsistent. They were top 6 squad player material for sure. All internationals.
