One thing that stopped me from playing ranked console was ddossing and mnk when I entered plat. What was stopping me from gaining elo was not my skill but being ddossed and playing against cheaters.

Console is harder, we have to use our fingers and joysticks, pc can use their whole arm. Better graphics. Console has to go against cheaters.

I would say console is more difficult. Mouse and keyboard allows you to control recoil better and sprawl out more. I also notice my aim is better on m&k. That's just me though

I disagree. Because everyone is on the same level playing field on PC, there is much less room for error. Due to faster reaction time and better movement, certain strats that are common on console just don't work on PC anymore.
PC is more competitive, and at a high rank you are likely to go against 4 and 5 stacks with pre-set strats.
The skill ceiling is much higher on PC, due to the greater nuances in aim and movement, as well as more complex strats and counter strats

60fov isn't a disadvantage if everybody is on the same settings the only one in this list that isn't a problem on PC is mnk and we have cheaters to make up for that

I've been trying to decide if I should get a pc try it because the highest rank I've been able to get on console is Plat 3 but i only ever solo queue plus it does seem like aim is alot better on pc this video helped quite a bit thnx✌️

aiming with a controller instead of a mouse is like that one dude playing fighting games without arms and legs. there are ppl that can definitely get good at it but boy do I rather take the easy way.

as somebody who doesnt play fps games on pc, the controls seem super awkward to use. caps lock to reinforce? leaning with q and e while strafing with a and s? the f keys being used for game controls? alien to me
I think console become easier in next gen (PS5, XBSX) because of 4K 120 fps, hopefully Ubisoft make recoil more controlable on console

Change ur sens if u cant control. Surprisingly lower sens is better
You just need more practice dude. Run T hunts like DG is always telling us to do and just shoot walls to work the recoil. It’s honestly easy and you’ll notice a difference quickly.

Which did you notice the most?
Was a consistent plat 2 on xbox, now im hard stuck high silver. Could be because i dont have a consistent 5 stack like i did on xbox. I find that mid plat on xbox and low gold/silver on pc is roughly the same Skillset, but game sense wise, most are just braindead fraggers.
When I use my scuf controller on my cousins PC the drone only moves forward and backwards .. any tips to fix this ?

No the right stick doesn’t work on drones but works perfectly fine in game ! I play on Xbox with the same Scuf... I’ll try out another control next time
I've never played siege on Pc, but I suck at using mnk on other games, so I think that for me it would be around the same.

I’ve played on both and I’ve hit diamond on both but it was a lot harder hitting diamond on pc mainly because I had to get used to using mnk
And it’s where the best players are for the most part
In almost 95% of my matches, the players who are platinum or Diamond are mouse and keyboard users. It’s not fair. It’s just like 5 stack Champions versus 5 stack Slivers. It’s just doesn’t make sense

They are both literally completely different games. Forget the ranks and the ranks different for a second. As a PS4 player, literally EVERYTHING imaginable you can think of is just different. Almost every game you get kicked in rank. Rarely does it happen in unranked
Console player here: I think that part of the difference is the mechanical skill gap. If you made a graph of time spent working on aim and mechanical percentile, the line for PC would be much less steep than on console. On console, a strong mechanical player or MnK can just completely dominate, because the mechanical learning curve is steeper. On PC, the difference between a strong mechanical player and a weak one is much smaller, so working on mechanical aim has less impact. This is why console players only focus on their aim and Pc players have to also become smarter, since on console aim is a very powerful factor in winning while on PC everybody else can at least compete with a strong mechanical player.
All these people typing first like somebody cares.
Everything down to a T with gamesense and play style but I still feel like sense I switched to pc I’ve seen more people than I thought I would that couldn’t aim or had terrible reaction time, I believe anyone can be good or the best at either but you really need to have the best thing for you to play like how some pc players use that claw looking thing instead of a keyboard

Cause the last time when I was the 5th person in a 4 stack, the 4 stack was so toxic that they team kill me for the whole game and chat.
And didn't I forgot to mention that when all of my teammates play Recruit except for me, and they team kill me because I didn't play Recruit?

I'm gold pn ps4 but my lobbies aren't easy. My enemies have so good aim, they could flick a fly from a hundred meters distance. You say it like gold in generell isn't that hard, but sbmm gives me other gold players who play like champs and it lets them compete against each other so everyone is stuck in gold, even if they belong in diamond with their skill level

Used to play all the time. Recoil is harder to control on controller. But when you get to the higher ranks everyone is on MnK anyways. Since it’s easier to control recoil on PC, your average player is going to be more skilled in gunfights compared to the average console player.

I have both and I must say PC seige is harder to master then console due to the fact of theirs much more to it I played console and PC around same time I had both so I was lucky but tbh. PC is harder due to the movements

It’s not hard to press in the joysticks. Movement on console is much faster to learn than mastering q and e on pc.
I think playing with a control whether that's on pc or console it's harder due to someone playing on mnk because you need to play way longer to get recoil down. You also need to practice a lot more to stay consistent on controller than mnk. So I'd say it's harder on controller than mnk.

It's running the game at 136-140 FPS. And it just runs super smooth on my 1440p 144hz freesync monitor. If you are able to, I would watch a video on how you feel it compares to pc mnk, if you made one. Would be interesting to see, if there would be a close resemblance in playing the game ... 🤷😊

Lower elo on pc i think is more harder than console but when you elo increases and your ranks gets to plat or smth you will begin to notice a lot of cheaters

I'm going to assume that when you played on console you played on us servers, and I agree that pc golds are way better that US servers console golds however I've also played on EU servers and can say from experience that there are more EU console golds that can compete with pc golds
I've really seen little difference when It comes to eu servers vs us there really isn't much difference 😕
I've made the switch from xbox to PC and IT feels the exact same to me. The only reason why LOWER elo lobbies feel harder than console lower elo lobbies is because most of the competition on console had left. Like 90% of the player base on console cheats. But if you compare the older R6 to the current PC R6 its the EXACT same experience. Even Plat 1-Diamond/champ lobbies on console is a joke now in my personal opinion because of how easy it is to just cheat especially with the newer consoles. A lot of people now just rush or DDoss so the SKILL-GAP is all over the place. But when talking about console players vs PC players I always make the same argument, It's definitely based on the person and whether or not they were really into siege. It comes down to game sense.
I used controller for my first 60 or so levels and I rarely PLAY pc siege as I've been playing other things, slowly losing interest in the game (not having friends) I'm at plat 2 elo right now with a 1.4 KD (KD doesn't matter) but it shows that I have some form of game sense considering I personally am not MECHANICALLY gifted. Keyboard is hard for me. I can't slow peak the way I can on console at ease.
I think that what makes PC looks harder is that it’s in fact way easier to play than console so PC players are all better at the game.
A majority of people really does struggle with joysticks so the average console player might not be as good as a PC player cause he plays with something harder to control. The overall level on console seems lower and it looks easier but only because of difficulty.

PC is Harder in terms of how hard it is to VS people, I have to try much harder on PC more compared to Console, because I'm mechanically good on Console, and the Mechanical skill gap is higher, and there's more room for risk on Console.

This is gonna sound really pretentious but trust me, it's a problem for me. I aim like a copper, but I constantly watch pro play, I make strats, I am nonstop trying to improve my knowledge of the game and meta. So when I'm in fucking bronze and wasting my time droning the top floor of Consulate for a super loose roam clear with randoms, the entire enemy team is anchoring or maybe speedrunning the map or some shit. Idk man. Low Elo is fucking hard for me because I'm so garbage at aiming but I'm never expecting someone to be so inexcusabley idiotic and still have it work out for them. Kind of hilarious actually

I don’t know about PC, cuz I’ve never played it, but everyone on console until high platinum (and even about half of the player base above that level too) is just dumb as S**t. Super aggressive, horrible teamwork, they don’t use their utility, and they have no idea what a crossfire is. I can literally get away with bandit tricking a wall to keep it closed the entire round in platinum II.

I play on console. I would think pc is harder. On console, you can make it pretty far just by having good aim, but on pc you have to have more than just good aim since more people are likely to have that skill.

I think I get what you're trying to say, but most of the video could be summarized down to: You find the biggest differences between Console and PC on these topics are that Console uses controller and PC uses mnK and they're different because "they're different" and that PC players are better because PC is better than console, PC players are smarter people, and they care more than console players. bro im so late bro, but pc is way harder compwise. Yous are saying we have fov, fps, whole arm. But how does that matter when we are going up against those type players. A pc copper can easily beat a console gold, hands down. But console is easy as shi to get into comp because most of the console players are ass. But pc if you want to get into comp (tournaments) you have to be sooooo goood better than most pros to get noticed.
