So glad the sb29 are so liked. Peter recommended these to me along with the 4" scanspeak (can't remember code) and after researching i decided to buy them. Just the SB29. Mids i went with the cheaper sb12prfc. Strange you feel the system better with peerless mids vs those Satori

Driver's A pillar si very close, like in your face 🤦🏻♂️ but i did understand these have a very nice response because if that ring radiator and not hars at all and soft high..i hope to like them too. Just of curiosity, have you listened to inferior sb acoustic mids, below the satori? Would be curious about a comparison with sb12pfcr-4 /sb12cac-4/sb12nrx-4
Nerijus, I have one question. If you were to make pillars for tweeters, would you keep them as low and close to mids as now or bring them higher for possibly higher soundstage? Great stuff, love your very apparent passion for the hobby.
@@RAW-CAt you are awesome. I'm planning on getting different tweeters (probably Bliesma T25B) and need to decide on their positioning. Lower down definitely looks cleaner, but oh well, the things we do for SQ. Do you feel your soundstage is high enough already?
@@RAW-CAt try aiming the left tweeter the same way as the right one. I've seen numerous top installs with this kind of aiming (due to the similar reflections of both, I think)
The Peerless looks like a very good option, the only consideration is the physical size. The SB29 is a big tweeter that is hard to fit, the Peerless is much bigger still.
I have peerlees ox20sc02-04 discontinue item with 6.5 polk midrange 1993 + crossovers, polk tweeter are down. on a old Corolla right where orinals factory corollas. Peer way better than facto.. and fit with no modif.. but and the range 1 to 2 khz at high power they have a little upfront of the rest of frecuency. I still love them but, I want to get sb29s. There are 29 versions of those on 4 ohms + 8 ohms. Look..at SB21rdc, SB21 sdc, SB26 stac, SB26stcn, SB29sdnc. I will need to removed or cut the metal plate, other wide they'll end inside head rest of back seat to play along polks 6x9 bypassing mid&tweeter own polk + JL crossover. Will see. I don't that combo but that tweet I might have to get a CDT crossover, many choices there. Any ideas welcome, thanks.
The ox20 I paid around $12 @2019. They have another ox20... similar size dif. specs.. bottom to top of dome 23.1mm, 33.4mm diam. end to end case. 80w 87.8db@2.83v fr 1.5 to 20khz.
Old school Alpine cassette, soundstream 80x4, audio control 3.2 eq@ tape adater 3.5mm to cellphone, upgrade coming. 1.25 seat jackers to fit 10" SD-D4 600w Sundown under seat sealbox around 6x15x13, rockford amp D 500 2ohm, should be enough.

I think Entry 3000 EUR was won with these tweeters this year in Salzburg (Saab 9-3)
