Hi Ahmed, unfortunately I don't have a video on that. There are a couple of components: physical and technical, which result in a motor pattern (ie. Muscle memory). Core and lower body strength and stability are key, as is a technical focus on moving while getting low (e.g. via ghosting). I create and deliver customized training for players around the world.
