Peter seems so advanced compared to wren and clint. Using modern tools, faster work flow. Knows what substance painter is...
Once deep in a pipeline it can be hard to switch or move a production company into a different direction. I’ve seen plenty of company’s using 3-4 year old versions because they haven’t had the time to update their pipeline and staff. Houdini is still only now being rolled out into major production houses on mass.
When you're churning out videos every week it can be hard to take time to learn a whole new tool. You can see in some vlogs Wren and Clint branching out a little but since 95% of their time is creating content they're going to be slower to adopt than Peter. This is why I'm glad he's joining corridor full time, I think he will bring a lot to the team
Welcome back Peter and don't burn yourself out making that 22min film.
He will indubitably be a great addition, with his enthusiasm and talent. His return promises to bring more over-the-top edits like the Big Wick energy...

32:10 seriously if you guys are not using Substance Painter, get on it. Super easy, lots of tutorials and incredibly powerful. I've worked on multiple studios and they are all using it, definitely becoming an industry standard, because of how fast it is, and gives out physically based materials. Everything from EA games, to netflix animations and full feature films use it
Fookin substance painter, that shit is the absolute best! Worth learning substance designer too though I got to a point where I just needed my own smart materials
I would absolutely love to see a video where you guys do some of the old non computer VFX. Maybe like a competition or something between the guys. Maybe that's just me.
