    Can Esp8266 give output of 12v ?

      No, the maximum of that board is 5 Volts. Using a voltage booster may work, but I wouldn't try it with such a small board and a higher voltage. You could just use a relay and an external power supply capable of sustaining 12V.

      Usable voltage 3.3v with max current of 12ma per pin....actually the board is 1.0v
