- Valentine's Day kinda sucks so last night, in anticipation, we celebrated EPIC HEARTBREAKS with the one and only Sinéad O'Connor. Props to Prince (yes, we know he wrote this amazing tune!) for not taking this video down in 7 hours and 15 days.
Recorded on February 10, 2016. We're Choir! Choir! Choir! from Toronto. We meet at Clinton's Tavern twice a week and everyone is welcome. Singers only know what song we'll be singing, get a lyric sheet, and learn our arrangement over a couple hours - after which we record a vid. Especially poignant because the world lost a troubled, yet beautiful soul today. She was a trailblazer and a gateway for so many vulnerable people to be able to speak out. RIP Sinéad.

My ex boyfriend and I use to listen to this song all the time. Sadly he lost his fight with depression and passed away. This song takes me back to those precious days I had with him. After you go through something like that you learn not to take things for granted. It’s amazing how one song can bring back so many beautiful memories in time. Prince could always bring people together, regardless of which artist you associate with this song, it’s his and I’m always moved to tears when his music brings people together, and there’s love and harmony with everyone, even if it’s just for that short period of time. I have only kinda discovered choir choir choir past couple of months or so maybe less and i have to say your doing some cracking covers. As well as the overall sound, i love the fact that you can see the enjoyment on everyone's face as they sing. What gets me the most is how so many different races of people in one place just getting along and being happy, see it is possible. There's not one bit of hate in that room. Amazing! I just heard this song on the radio a few days ago, and then heard an amazing rendition of it from Chris Cornell. I was thinking to myself, when I heard both versions of this song, that this would be a perfect song for Choir!Choir!Choir! to cover. Little did I know that you guys already did a rendition of this song. How did I miss this!? I am normally pretty good about keeping up with every upload you guys do. In any case, this was a perfect song choice for a perfect vocal ensemble. It might be a sad song, but whenever you guys do a cover, it is a happy event. Great job!

the greater the variety of vocal ranges, regardless of gender takes the possibilities from wonderfull to greatness . good hopes and guys in TO please show up and blend your voices in . more voices the better

There are plenty of classic songs that are not written by the artists. Probably the vast majority are. Especially in today's era of music.
