- Murderer Courtney Joseph, 34, of Vermont, gets aggressive with a police officer on 28 April 2022 after being sentenced to 37 years 4 month and 23 days for murder and 13 years one month and 23 days for possession of a firearm with intent to commit murder. The sentences will run concurrently.

The police need to change their protocol. Both hands should be in cuffs.

This video should be a teachable moment for the authorities to change the way they are transported. Both hands in cuffs and feet chained to the one walking next to him. This is unacceptable and an additional charge should be filed for assaulting an officer.

Well St. Vincent is a third world country of the world so maybe maybe they can't afford a pair of hand cuffs for each prisoner.

I find this Officer to be very gracious, the man is sentenced to serve 37 years, 4 months, and 23 days in jail plus 37 years, 4 months, and 23 days on another charge. for what he did he should be going to jail laid out on a stretcher.

Put them all in jail. They have no respect for the law. Imagine he is in handcuffs and still assaulting an officer of the law. I really though this was a play or some scene from a movie. That a convicted criminal (or regular civilian for that matter)...could put their hands on a cop is a RE'L shock in the year 2024. It reminded me of years ago when I went to Grenada for carnival and shared a guest house with some police from Trinidad. I heard them talking about the level of disrespect that Grenadian people display to their police and how impossible it would be to do the same in Trinbago. One of them witnessed a man cussin' out a policeman using the stinkest language . He said he had a hard time restraining himself from getting "involved."
