Same, it finally clicked why that one time in Cybergrind I somehow ended up higher than the enemy counter screen. One moment the ground was firmly under my feet, the other it was nothing more than a speck of gray miles away. This game is really fun. Also, banger line at the end there
I actually discovered this on my own by accident, couldnt really figure out how to replicate it, but yeah, I was indoors when I did it so I just bumped my head and thought nothing more of it
i accidentally found out how to do this while playing cybergrind gave me a mini heart attack when i ended up off the ground and into the sky in less than 0.2 seconds, shit was cool tho
1. Just jump forwards against a wall; 2. Then at the exact moment you hit the wall, press CTRL and Spacebar at the same time (you'll be repelled backwards off of the wall and see yellow vertical speed bars around you.) 3. When you see the yellow vertical speed bars around you, press the space bar at the exact moment you land on the ground.
Fun fact:If you hold the slam button rather then tapping it during the initial jump, when you hit the ground you'll perform a slam with the same force of the normal jump.
for whatever reason if you only have one wall jump available and can't/ don't want to touch the floor, just start a slam right before you touch the wall
As a beginner not only to this game but FPS on PC in general would anyone recommend a different binding for slide/slam? L-ctrl doesn't exactly feel comfortable so I'm trying mouse5 for my right thumb but I'm second guessing myself on that choice too. That aside this game is insanely cool.
@@Burger19985 well I don’t exactly know how to say it in simple words Okay so when you open the texture settings and go to grid, on the bottom you see three boxes (top, top block and bottom or whatever) these are automatically all selected so when you choose one texture all blocks get the same Now if you deselect two (say bottom and top block) and choose a texture only the top of the top block will have the selected texture. Tell me if you have any doubts

I like how every time someone discovers hidden or hard to catch mechanics Hakita is like "Oh wow that's crazy!" and its most likely intentional.

Keep yourself sliding against the wall. You wanna do the walljump extremely quickly after you hit the slam button.
