Nope. I changed my mind on this position. I thought about it. Had a friend who did it and have the guys # to call directly for that particular position but sis done changed my mind. Glad I know now … not for me damn too many packages and little time to do it. But I would love the being away from a manager breathing down your neck or the jr high Bs in offices.
Good video. well in the middle the volume of music overcame on your voice anyway overall it was informative. My question is why you start at 10.30 AM? it seems too late to start work and perhaps it forces you to work until late of night. 10 PM! hell no. why not you start your delivery at 8 Am?
Not worth it. I’m two weeks in during the hottest month of the year and they’re throwing me 300+ packages 187 stops. Multiple apartments all with oversized packages upstairs (mostly water and dog and cat food) today I had to call in for heat exhaustion and dehydration. The amount of stops really penalizes you for taking your 30min break. There needs to be apartment lockers at every high delivery complex. Most dsp’s and more drivers with bigger fleets. Just to take the package loads off drivers. I’ve had this same route for the last week and a half. And it kills me every time and from what I hear all the drivers in my DSP hate it and won’t rescue people who have the route
The app will kick us out after 10 p.m. if we do not finish and another thing that is annoying is the way that map is you go to the same street like five times
Looking to start as a dsp soon, had a friend who works for Amazon tell me we are independent contractors and get an I9 is that true or is that only the Amazon flax drivers?
I've been an amazon driver for 5+ years, and idk if your trolling or not, but all DSP's are supposed to bring drivers back right at 10 hours regardless of what you have left if your taking that long... they call it "running out of drive time".
I have been working for 3 weeks and have timed out 2 times. I just have not gotten my delivery count up yet. Today my boss told me to take the day off because he didnt have enough staff today to get me a rescue, and he cant afford to have me time out 2 days in a row. I was very upset about it. How do I improve if Im not out there driving? Do you have any tips on helping me improve my stop count?

Tq ,how much money you get every day, about bonus, every holiday you get bonus too, can you give explaination, if you go early maybe 9 its ok because finish early, tq
It’s because they are in a upscale area. . . If you are in a bad area it can seriously take all day. People don’t have numbers on their house. So it makes it very very very VERY difficult.
I just started working for Amazon delivery, I fuckin hate it!! Omg I CANT STAND APARTMENTS....I honestly hate this job and I have done some shit in my life with jobs. It is so boring! Just in and out in and out in and out of the fuckin truck!! I swear I have stuck it out with alot of jobs I can seriously say I can't do this. I am someone that loves hard work and a good challenge that pushes you but other then the walking it is beyond boring! Grab the packages scan drop picture back to your truck to drive a few hundred feet and over and over and over again. It takes absolutely no skill whatsoever other then organizing numbers small numbers to big numbers now!
If you don’t pass the field driving training you will not get the job at all. I waited 2 months to be a DSP went through all the trouble then did the field driving test. “I ran out of time” so I failed you don’t get another chance it’s one and done deal. So not worth it.
In reality, 200 stops should be fairly easy with Amazon.... Tight areas, multiple stops on each street, no signatures & no time commitments.... The biggest issue I see is that you guys don't have set routes, so relying on a GPS can be exhausting mentally.
u often get lets say 206 stops, but some of those are 1 stop, multiple houses. and realistically those multiple houses should be counted as a stop individually. some of those houses are real apart where moving the van is the better option. That means seat belt, adjustment, engine on,rabbit device. It's truely alot to do and some deliveries dont go as planned. You will have some bullshit that will ruin your rhythm and slow you down rest of day somedays .
Actually its more like 220+ stops including the group stops (delivering to multiple stops and they cant that as one). I get those routes daily and on top, we'll have to rescue = more stops and packages smh.
I did fedex for one day guys these jobs are not worth it at all. These jobs will break your back and you will sure have knees problems in the future it is not worth it.
I just finished my driving course today and it was super easy. They’ll show u what u have to do and then u do it. I start my ride-along Saturday so good luck to u
Why? I’ve worked this kind of work and more labor intensive than packages and also picking wet mats that are heavy that hold water for a week in the snow so nah

I have a question. So yesterday i had an interview and told them that I'm available everyday hoping that would secure the job but i don't think I thought it through cause i go to church on Sunday's. If i get the job could i explain my situation?
You can ask to be scheduled certain days.
Yeah, i dont work sundays for no one, so they schedule me any day from monday thru saturday. Youll be good.
That was my question im glad someone asked it and it was also answered 🤗
I have another question I got hired through a DSP so I haven't started training yet I wanted to know if I have a family trip (next month) and my sisters wedding to attend (next 2 months) will they work around those 2 events and give me off considering this was before I got hired?
Just ask for a part time position. 3 days a week. I was able to pick my days. Fri Sat Sun. Less traffic and most businesses are closed on the weekends.
Great video thanks for sharing.
Thank you! If you have any questions please feel free to ask
If I’m making a delivery at an apartment or office building, I will use the bathroom there. But I make sure to carry a big bottle to pee in lmao.
Thank you❤
Well said .
It's ok. Need to pay way more.
If i get terminated from the fullfillment center can i still apply for the dsp driver?
Yes because a dsp is a 3rd party company. I’m driving now temporary until I go back to the fulfillment after Christmas ☺️
The fulfillment center will re-hire you ijs
I take a 10 minute break and keep going I'll eat snacks while I'm driving
How do u go 10hr a without eating? Gotta eat something!
Flex drivers they use there own car and work independently
for a guy the restroom issue is not that big of a deal unless #2
How do weekends work? Do you have to work every weekend?
Weekends are easier because you don't deal with businesses.
Do you have any tips on helping me improve my stop count?
nah she's not. I've witnessed amazon in my neighborhood at 9:30 plenty times
My DSP sends out a rescue
@@Mindy14 Watch more youtube videos and take tips from each. Also, check my comments, that might help, but also ask your fellow drivers for tips, theyre out there running the routes you have, so theyre in a better position to help. Good Luck!
Some DSP seriously DONT CARE. They want everything done asap. No stopping no breaks no anything! Deliver packages and that’s it. It’s sad
Thank you for the information I just subscribed 💖
Currently waiting on a package as we speak 😂
But do you still get paid for the extra hours
how long or what training do u get?
Hard job to physical but what's about the pay?
Thanks
How are the benefits? Is Amazon dsp a third party or it it part of amazon?
Very informative thank you
Any benefits like medical, dental, vision, vacation time off, life insurance, and 401k plan?
How do you get a good DSP
Why people cant be happy with their jobs. Im a guy who gave up a guaranteed 794 a month to work a job currently a fedex driver. Money wise anything is better then what i was getting fr.
Tq ,how much money you get every day, about bonus, every holiday you get bonus too, can you give explaination, if you go early maybe 9 its ok because finish early, tq
I had 279 packages the other day. With multiple house per stop. 🥺🥺
Lol my record was 330 packages. Mostly houses. It was not a fun day.
Just wait until peak season. I think my record stands at 440. 400 pkgs and 200 stops isn't uncommon in December... lots of overtime available though.
Been driving for about 8 months now. I make videos as well! Great video! You’re beautiful asl btw!! 😍
do you get OT for time over 8 hours?
Nope. Over 10
I've heard people having over 300 stops and getting it done
They’re good!
It’s because they are in a upscale area. . . If you are in a bad area it can seriously take all day. People don’t have numbers on their house. So it makes it very very very VERY difficult.
The pay isn't worth it I'm a Walker and I worked 40 hrs and they only paid 292 that's a insult 😡
Is the drug test a swab in the mouth test or a urine test.
It’s a urine test
Hola che I am new in your channel
Okaeii ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
can you smoke in the van?
If you don’t pass the field driving training you will not get the job at all. I waited 2 months to be a DSP went through all the trouble then did the field driving test. “I ran out of time” so I failed you don’t get another chance it’s one and done deal. So not worth it.
Not pee alone number 2 as well
Aren't you falling behind making this video🤭jk
I’m thinking about becoming a DSP. I’ve been a driver for about 9 months but I learned a lot of becoming one
I do this 6 days a week haha
music louder than you
Wow you are very beautiful!
Don’t add music - hard to hear you.
Are you single
Simp alert
In reality, 200 stops should be fairly easy with Amazon.... Tight areas, multiple stops on each street, no signatures & no time commitments.... The biggest issue I see is that you guys don't have set routes, so relying on a GPS can be exhausting mentally.
have u done it? 200 stops is alot homie
u often get lets say 206 stops, but some of those are 1 stop, multiple houses. and realistically those multiple houses should be counted as a stop individually. some of those houses are real apart where moving the van is the better option.
Clearly you have no clue. Go work for Amazon. Probably won’t make it past your first week because 200 stops is not easy
@@winismine2960 preach it, that shit is not easy..
I did fedex for one day guys these jobs are not worth it at all. These jobs will break your back and you will sure have knees problems in the future it is not worth it.
Any tips for the driving test?
I just finished my driving course today and it was super easy. They’ll show u what u have to do and then u do it. I start my ride-along Saturday so good luck to u

Find out what Kim Kardashians special talent is and just do that. She makes a lot.$$$$
Hahaha
If they tell me to work until 10 I'm leaving the packages and truck" that's pure slavery !!
This TYPE OF WORK should pay you NO LESS THAN $30.00 HOUR.
Why? I’ve worked this kind of work and more labor intensive than packages and also picking wet mats that are heavy that hold water for a week in the snow so nah
@@franksam8610 Sucker
Working for Amazon sucks and I will never do it again
Go work at a warehouse and let see if you deal with that lol .. you literally sitting all day .. lazy mg
this is literally slavery lmfao
Not literally.
