- ◆Story
"If you keep your distance, I'll quit being an idol! I became a idol for your sake, you know...!"
With a bright and amusing personality, my childhood friend, who is unbelievably cute, pursued her dream of becoming a top idol in the city, and she actually achieved that dream. However, scandals are strictly prohibited, so in order to avoid misunderstandings, I decided to keep my distance.
When I told her about this, she suddenly said she would quit being an idol...

It was great seeing Keiichi supporting Yui’s dreams of becoming an idol and I don’t blame him for distancing himself from her. He probably felt like she’s way out of his reach now that she’s an idol but Yui was sad to see Keiichi distancing himself from her which is why she quit being an idol. It’s great they both remembered the promise and got together
Yup. Now she's free of the restrictions of the idol industry and can do as she pleases.
@@azureryuga3931And have all the in the world to flirt and possibly bang Keiichi🤣🤣
I am still incapable of understanding why would he throw away the many years of friendship like that just because "she is too famous now". I cannot see it as a valid reason.
@@FinalFullMetalGamer it's fictional, just don't think about it. In real life often times there's a distance but usually it's momentarily until the bond can prevail down the line. Depends. Just continue as usual and let the wind carry the future.
@@VinnyUnion You are right. I should stop taking this kind of things seriously.
I'm pretty sure the female manager that told Keiichi to keep his distance from Yui definitely got fired the moment yui quit being an pop idol, serves her right too 😈 because honestly I don't see no problems with idols dating someone that they truly love because the agency should really owned them like their properties and it's sweet that Keiichi and Yui ended up together 🥰 and it's nice to know her fan supported her.😊
From what I heard the idol industry in Japan 🇯🇵 are REALLY strict when it comes to the idols being restricted from experiencing life
@@Arturo-gh1on strict is an understatement, its damn neigh depressing what some of these girls have to go through when becoming and/or being an Idol. They start young, some of them are not even 18+ years old. No private shenanigans, isolated from the outside, the smallest private leak like seeing the idol on the streets could be career ending. Agencies are not afraid of dropping them on the spot, leaving them with pretty much nothing.
The Idol Culture, aka the pop Culture of pop Stars in japan, is insanely Toxic in so many aspect. There are exceptions of course, but these exceptions are only few and far in between.
From an outsider perspective your right and we want them to stop but in Japan it doesn’t bring in the money and in the long term it just hurts the idol themselves
Sounds like you don't know the idol industry in Asia, Japan and Korea specifically. They're not allowed to have dates unless it's with people "hand picked" by the agency. If you don't know what that means, the hand picked people are either business magnates, politicians, or other celebrities. Basically anyone that will bring in more money or who spend a lot of money for those dates.
Yeah but it would have been great to see her get karma on this video. Basically they just wrote her manager off without any accountability.
Wow it amazing that Yui did this Solely to Impress Keiichi because he was the only one who mattered to her cause he was her number 1 supporter without him she would never have realized her potential as a Super Idol
first off, absolutely beautiful. It's rare for one single story to have little to no things to nitpick, complain, or question about so bravo. bonus, even more rare for the memory slip trope to be on the girl's side. Usually the poor dude to get the dunce cap (not that I'm complaining #equaltreatment) so well done for that too.
I'm not sure if yui wrote "marry me." But, it will immediately recognise the handwriting. I hope keiichi will say "your handwriting"
Yeah! I don’t blame Keiichi for keeping her distance against his childhood friend Yui💔 after she became a popular idol💖, but ever since her retirement let’s just say that them 2 would finally become beautiful lover’s💙🧡💍.
That manager is garbage if wants to talk to someone like that for even what little support he thinks he gave her. She wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for him and he literally spent a year not contacting her as well and the manager still comments that he should back off. Its pathetic people who think of the bottom line only and not the true feelings of those they are working for.
love how yiu's mom was in on it tool...oh yui's room is being used for storage...lol
Keiichi the person who travels to different dimension to be with every single good womans😂😂
Yeah😅😅
You know, this all thing wouldn't have happen if that female manager, choose her words correctly. Since her break through as a manager was crumble in an instant thanks to her stupidity and be mark on her record. They were not even dating yet and can be seen as friend visit.
her ex-manager needs to get the treatment that she deserves after all that, is all.
I don't like her female manager. She only cares about money and boosting her reputation
Ultra dense boy, she should just leave that dense boy to some rich guy.
Aww such a wonderful story thanks so much for sharing 😁👍💜
A lot of these Idol companies like to mistake that they're the boss of their Idols. No, these Idols are your CLIENTS what they do in their private time is none of their business. If she wants to have a relationship with someone it's none of their business. if they don't want her in a relationship it's as good as admitting they don't see her as a human being but just a cash cow for them to milk. No one in their right mind will wanna be managed by them. Granted she left because she wanted to be with Keiichi but she dodged a bullet.
Idols in Japan and Kpop bands in Korea aren't considered as clients, they're products for the companies. That's the way of thinking which is stupid if you ask me.
Exited to watch it you guys are a great duo
after watching oshi no ko, and realizing that is pretty much the real entertainment business its hard to watch these when an idol is involved and it goes this well for them
Well there's always those overly obsessed fans even after a idol/celebrity retires that they have to steer clear of.
Into the keiichi Satoverse
I love your videos
Eat sheet, Yui's manager. 😈
This story, while fiction, not only shows the fact that Idols cannot have romantic relationships without it being a scandal due to popularity, but, in a sense, showed something almost equal to another series, Oshi No Ko, with the scene of the crazed fan. At least Yui and Keichi succeeded, though. 😊
And don't forget about the girl downstairs
WHY DO YOU ALL ALWAYS THINK THIS IS REALISTIC AT ALL TIMES
@@VinnyUnion I knew this wasn't reality, after all, I did say....fiction!! That said, it is, however, BASED ON REALISTIC SITUATIONS, such as cultural identity. True, idols aren't supposed to have romantic relationships, to support the ideals of kawaii, but, being human, they do. As for the other thing, while fictional for its purpose, a hauntingly similar reality happened a few decades ago in the US State of California. Reference the TV series "My Sister Sam" for details.
Truly like a dream. A true woman can throw a decade of happy relationship in a week of carnal pleasure, especially if she also has a job where she earns money, it's in their instinct to play with fire.

6:36 Her manager must feel stupid right about now..
"I thought if I became popular and had a lot of guys around me, you'll be attracted to me."
No lady, that's woman logic. If the guy is a good guy, he'll be repelled from you. What self-respecting guy would want his girl being ogled and chased by randos?
In fact, if you're a good guy, the woman herself will be repelled by you.

why in the end they forgot what happened to thats female managers after yui retired because of her
I like it, but why only woman be happy not men or both happy? Damn, men if you seeing this? Dont be happy only woman happy. If I see some men happy? I’ll call for cops and send them to jail
is it only me or do i hear the blue birds voice from rio from Keiichi
The video needed more sparkling sound effects
The idol industry needs to be dismantled...honestly, in the end, it is like legalized slavery, and anyone that says otherwise supports slavery, period, full stop.
Story was good but felt off. Soooo let me get this right, she said she became an idol because of the MC to be closer / have him notice her more. but she did not question why she had not heard from the MC in over a year????
I mean surely if she cared so much about the MC she would question why he went dark for 12 months, I mean one would think she would understand her plan to get her crush to notice her by becoming an idol failed when he stop contact.
I mean yeah she probably could not have traveled back home due to her job but surely should was in contact with her mom and could have asked her to see why.
Also a red flag to her surely should have been the idol contract XD i mean I would think her manager would have been vocal to her about no romance relationships, and with how fast the manager pull the MC aside without meet him before makes me think she has spoken to the FMC about this.
The day a women gives up fame an fortune for love is the same day we know the world will be ending.
Good evening🎉😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'd like to know what happened with the manager that cause yui to quit pretty much
"keiichi sato", "what", "huh?"
The logic of getting closer to someone by becoming famous makes no sense, it had the opposite effect, if she'd of just been honest and said how she felt she wouldn't have waste two years not being close to him, kind of stupid really.
Honestly, I believe the story got ruined that FREAKBAG of a manager.
SHE was responsible for her quitting, mainly.
Instead to tell him "Please, keep supporting her. You mean a lot her", she said "Get lost. You're nothing but a nuisance to her".
I hope in the after-story, she crossed the road with the red light and a truck went over her.
This ***** doesn't deserve a happy ending...but just a cage in a desert island...
She kinda suspicious 😕

Hey
Roflmao. It's not against the law for an idol to marry or get in a relationship. It's just not done because fans in Japan and Korea are loony toons. They take take parasocial relationships to the next level.
is keiichi a playboy i heard her name alot
Wake up to reality! Nothing ever goes as planned in this accursed world. The longer you live, the more you realize that the only things that truly exist in this reality are merely pain, suffering and futility. Listen, everywhere you look in this world, wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well. As long as there is a concept of victors, the vanquished will also exist. The selfish intent of wanting to preserve peace, initiates war and hatred is born in order to protect love.

All the fame and fortune will never replace the song that I made.
The story is cute but there is no way that her Fans would like that her Idol has a Boyfriend.
Idols and K-Pop singers have their dangerous stalkers as their daily bread.
Here's one WHAT IF scenario to think if that manager scene never happened. (seriously, she was an ass but she only sped up Keiichi's distancing, from what Keiichi has been feeling and saying, him going away was gonna happen, unless Yui confronts him about it) Also, wall of text ahead, you have been warned.
*After the concert, Yui continues on to be very successful, becoming a well known household name, but as that goes on, Keiichi, with his insecurities, feels even more inadequate for Yui since he thinks they're living in completely different worlds. Yui then realizes that Keiichi is seemingly distancing himself, and notices that Keiichi hasn't been contacting him lately so she makes her move. She asks Keiichi to meet with her on the summer festival since it's been a while they went out together, and Keiichi reluctantly agrees, remembering his promise to her.
On the eve of the festival, Keiichi arrives in casual clothing while Yui in an elegant yukata. They went on to have small talk, reminiscing their childhood, which unknowingly to Yui, opens Keiichi's emotional wounds. While they were on and about enjoying the festival, one of Yui's stalkers (she's an Idol, having none of that would be a miracle) find Yui beautifully smiling and laughing while walking with some random guy, and the sight of it puts him in despair, since for him, Yui was the only one that keeps his world going, and sneakily tails them for the rest of the festival.
After the festival ended late at night, Yui and Keiichi walk home together, with Yui still reminiscing how much fun she had when they were kids and Keiichi remembered all those but with mixed feelings due to their current situation. Yui finally asks Keiichi why he is distancing himself from her, and he explains that they practically live in different worlds, and that he wants her to keep living her dream as that was all that he wanted to be happy. Yui cries, telling him that her reason for being an idol was him all along. Keiichi, dumbfounded but very happy, sheds tears as well, and they then proceed to hug each other, feeling the warmth of their love.
"You traitor!" shouted from the darkness behind.
As Keiichi turns around to see what was happening, someone suddenly runs towards both of them, and Keiichi instinctively puts himself between the unknown assailant and Yui, and felt a sharp pain on his chest. As he looked to where the pain was, blood was soaking out of his shirt and Yui screams in horror as she realizes what was happening.
"Yui, you were the only one for me, but how could you be with a guy like him"
shouted the assailant, crying and screaming as he pulls out the dagger and strongly pushes Keiichi to the side, his head hitting the paved wall and knocking him unconscious. Yui tries to run and call for help, but the assailant was faster and grabbed her by the hair.
"I gave everything to you, my precious Yui, my savings, my earnings, my life, and this is what you do!?"
Yui, still in tears after seeing Keiichi's state, shouts "I don't even know you!". The assailant, brokenhearted from this statement, stabs Yui again, and again in a fit of rage until nothing can be heard from her, and with the realization of what he has done, proceeded to slit his own throat to end the misery. Authorities, having received calls from the neighborhood while this was happening, arrived a few minutes too late, to the view of three bloodied lifeless bodies.* BAD END
Nothing wrong with being an idol fan, they're awesome and talented and brighten your days, but if you get too parasocial... 🤷♂
Hey can you create good ending if recommend
I don't see the need to go along with managers overconfident control freak behaviors. Yes, it's their job, none the less they think they own you to an extent which is absurd. The idols can post and ruin the company overnight out of their own volition. Henceforth it should be the corps that shall be intimidated by the huge monsters they've created. But for some reason it's the other way around, it's like one of those abusive relationships where the idol is being made out to be smaller and weaker than they actually are.
Also, let's assume you'll get lawsuits as w result of retaliation, so what? You'll pay the disputes and still have your head high above and mighty in stance. I think, we as human beings, should not be afraid of artificial things such as companies and whatnot. It's not nature anyway. Unlike a tsunami, tornado or an earthquake, it's measly and quite frankly, shallow in the grand scheme of things.
