On one hand it's kind of cute that she quit right after the MC quit because he "scouted" her, but on the other hand, this puts him on a bad spot since he didn't have time to prepare for her living with him...

Kent and Mary had heard about what the two did in the host club incident. Noting their bravery in face of wrongdoings, they wanted Keiichi and Nagisa to work for them. Promising them training and a starting salary. And so Keiichi supervises sales while Nagisa supervises the security team. Their welcome by other staff members wasn't well received at first, noting that it's strange that the owners decided to make the two newcomers as supervisors from the start, but their skills made them a high asset to the company. Kent and Mary also secretly pushed Keiichi and Nagisa to get married. The two couples would get married at the same time.

One aspect of this story I don't think is talked about enough is a man's ability to compartmentalize. Every time Keiichi messes around with the girls, it would be a ¥3 mill fine. And as he cannot afford that, the girls are then put in a mental box of "don't even think about it," which is reinforced by the length of his employment.

I applaud Nagisa quitting to help MC and get away from that jerk, but they should have searched a new job right away. I hope they contacted that girl and they paid her for the jerk advances.
