I gotta give these clients kudos. My skin looked exactly like this when I was in my teens and early 20's and extractions like these are PAINFUL!!! That much pressure on already sore and sensitive skin is unbelievable. My heart goes out to the clients.

No. It's disgusting.
Vietnam is in worse condition in regards to PPE than even the US. China hates them and is embargoing them. So they probably only use a single pair of gloves per client because that’s what they have.
I know...it's just so nasty seeing how unsat that mess is.

If you're gonna target the "popaholic" demographic (most of which probably have anxiety or some kind of OCD), you can't come out here and play in our faces with shaky cameras and everything. And the client?...you're gonna hack at their face over 50 sessions when you could've just cleared the area thoroughly the 1st time and moved on to phase 2 of the treatment? No ma'am!

Just my thought, she pops the small and hidden ones first because she wont be able to see them later from all the nail marks if she prioritizes those obvious blackheads. She also does this with an infected acne, she makes sure the area around is clear first to avoid them getting smeared and covered by blood.

Those small ones should be edited out. She leaves the ones that cause the most blood for last because TH-cam frowns on showing blood and if the face is filled with gauze to cover the wounds, it would be hard for her to maneuver around the rest of the areas. If you notice, the camera always pans away from the area with blood, so if she popped those earlier, we would have to see tighter and tighter camera angles of the face.
That was basically my interpretation too: get the smaller ones first, then the bigger ones which would make those smaller ones harder to see after bleeding.

My skin used to look like this. In high school I had really bad acne. As I got older, it started clearing up and by the time I was 29 or 30 it was gone.

I have extra oil skin and currently experienced those treatments. I can confirm that it really hurt, but it help improve my skin a lot. However, the acnes keep coming back after a while, but less than before. If anyone has the same condition, I think you should try it one day.
accutane might help you. it drys the oils from the inside out . even an antibiotic might help. the problem is not your skin it is you make too much oil. drinking lots of water helps because skin can't make water. until you address what causes your acne it will come back. only oil. I'm sure you know all this because you've dealt with it

For those grinches out there who like to throw their opinions and complaints around freely, just remember this is Viet Nam and this is the accepted way they practice in their country. They are doing us a favor by filming their work and uploading on TH-cam. Most of whom do a great job and of those, Thuy of Sac Dep Spa, is one of the best in Viet Nam who uploads to TH-cam. None of these estheticians ply their trade for our selfish, obsessive need to see pimples being popped but there is obviously a huge following of this subset of humans who derive satisfaction from watching this so estheticians all over the world are answering the call to try to show their work and hopefully earn a few more dollars in the process. It’s no skin off our your noses to try to practice kindness in the tone of your comments. These are real people who get hurt and frustrated by our negativity. Let’s not take out our covid quarantine frustrations on them.
Well said an are American Military that the government sent over. Still don’t know why are people was sent. Are Gov did this to these people an people that the war. Going in blind sided my dad did 3 tours. He was 18 only thing he was told we was being called. To go to Vietnam the government yet again killing people. An still today people over there are suffering. Known that agent orange is still present in the soil in some areas. So sad even today kids are being born. When you have hundreds of extractions to do, it's simply easier and faster to wipe them on the finger nearby than turning yourself to wipe somewhere else. It's done this way for convenience.

well in my own experience it kinda works, but you have to do it right, because in this video they literally cut the skin and it started to bleed which is obviously bad, try that at night and be very careful
@@estebanmedinad8370 Thuy is nicking the clients skin/hair follicles so she doesn't have to squeeze hard to extract the keratin/sebum blocking them.
This clients skin is very inflamed, so squeezing too hard can be both permanently damaging and extremely painful
The nicks should heal in less than a week, though it will take longer for the inflammation to clear, unless the client is on topical/oral medication to treat it,as they definitely would be in the US

@@estebanmedinad8370 l did try,a (very) long time ago, useing a needle ,on the small amount of cystic acne l had. Most of mine was blackheads/whiteheads.
It didn't work. I'm not sure if it made it worse or not, but l know some people say it can make the inflammation worse, which can cause scaring
So,don't do it. Clinics attached to Dermatologists in the States will apparently. But if water/changing your diet works for you,that's great.
Different things work for different people, but then that's so with health in general :))

I think people don't know that the hard, hidden blackheads are a lot less painful than the big visible lesions.
@@briarrose8948 and most of the time makes it worse. My sister had acne and she got it popped, 75% of the acne spots became infected on top of coming back. Not good.
