    I can honestly say that after my first ayurvedic treatment to my hair (Amla being one of the ingredients) I seen a huge difference. I was amazed at how much it helped with my shedding and my hair felt so much stronger. I believe my hair is finally on the right road to recovery. My biggest issue was finding things that can restore my hair and help retain my length. Ayurvedic methods have changed the game for me.

    Speaking of first applications, my first time (it was henna) October 2021 I was utterly shocked when I turned off the shower, looked down in the tub and saw NO SHED HAIR 😳 (that never happens)! Needless to say I have used a Ayurverdic hair mask every week since. My hair is THRIVING. 2022 will be a fabulous year 💃💯

    Farida is truly onto something, of course. Coincidentally, I just did a full strength Zizyphus powder mask. I use it for the reasons she has mentioned and, in addition, for the SLIP. When I say it is an amazing herb, I truly mean it. I've been adding it to my CP Henna treatments. The definition for me; thereafter, is even better than that of Bentonite Clay. The viscosity is outstanding. If you can, try it.

    I know you talk about hair health. A thousand thanks, a million blessings to you for sharing. I love the fact that you understand and translate the good qualities of every herb you recommend.
    To your viewers. Those of you who do research: you are blessed one thousand fold. If you know, you know.
    For those of you who follow: you are also blessed but please, let me enlighten you. There are things that CP recommends that improve your hair. If you do your research, you will find that EVERYTHING CP recommends is good for your gut health.
    Do y’all get that!!!!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT???!!!???

    • @skb4055
      @skb4055 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you do NOT understand that, please, Farida, please explain that improving your gut health (possibly, dietetically?) WILL GROW YOUR HAIR! To quote Produce Pete, “If you eat right, you’re gonna live right.”
      We mix potions and we apply them topically to our hair and pray for a miracle. Do we all understand that we need to eat well to get them inches? CP told us that in her early posts. Please understand this.
      Much love and respect, please do your research and try, try, try to find those things you can take INTERNALLY (depending on your health issues), that will ASSIST with your hair growth and help with other issues. Everything from depression to weight control to indigestion and beyond!

    I am willing to try some of these products, however I worry about the massive hair loss fixes out there that promises massive hair growth etc. I have scarring alopecia (LPP); in my case and many, if not managed, will not work. Some cases are so severe, and based on the type of alopecia, cannot simply be remedied by these methods only. Alopecia areata, LPP are ones that is not comparable to traction alopecia. I have only few places that are scarred and therefore isn’t going to work there, but I will try and provide feedback.

    Please lmk how you feel about Ambunu. When I pour hot water over the shedded leaves, I leave it for ten minutes before I strain it. I have found this to be a good clean where to get that slip to detangle plus it is saponified,

    Can you make a new vid about how to use the best herbs in our kids hair. Herbs that not change their hair color. ( so no henna or amla) The last vid tot kids you did was 1 year ago. Thank you so much

    Hi,
    New to your following; but I recently purchased your hair products. I am very, very interested in finding out how to use a. safe version of the Spikenard / Jatamansi oil for the darkening of black hair?

    Heeeyyyyy Farida! You look beautiful girl! Yes to the challenge! I am going to purchase your Amla but have a quick question 🙋🏽‍♀️. Can I mix it with just water and it still be just as effective? Or is it best to be adding in other stuff (oil, Shea butter, etc.)? I am trying to get optimal results over here girl! Lol 😁
