At 4:11 it shows that your reed valve plate is replaced180 degrees out. It needs rotating so the two thin ports are on the side of the electric motor. That is why it was not charging the tank. 😉
@@546268 does doesn't it. Had some time to check it this morning, slow and struggles or won't pass 50psi and getting hot fast so yeah seems likely to have blow the head gasket.

I was trying to work out if there was a particular way it had to go! thought in the end it was the same either way. 50/50 chance and wrong!
Andy where did you get the parts for the wolf compressor?
I got them from the company that supplied the compressor after creating a stink!

The parts came from the company that supplied the compressor as it was under warranty

The oil should be halfway up the oil sight glass. Any more and the head gasket will blow or the read valves will stick
Thanks for the tip, it's really hard seeing where the oil level is, and filling it is well messy!!
