Hlo sir i am nearly to my age 18 and I have started working out from my age 15 and I haven't satisfied with my height and most of them tells that you have tightened your muscles so your muscles tissue can't let your body to initiate growth and I believes that it depends on height genetic and please clear me for this doubt sir ?
sorry but no offence besides he is a doctor but he don't know jack about lifting look how his elbow flared out while doing jump press. everything he did was wrong first of all nobody should workout daily unless you feed your body with sufficient amount of protein better to do on alternate days and most importantly pls acquire the knowledge before lifting weights. body weights and lifting weights are totally different workout don't mix them. To lead a healthy life WHAT U EAT IS MATTER workout is just 30% REMAINING 70% is diet AND HEALING (REST) PLS don's spread this kind of nonsense especially professional people who try to showboating i mean look at this man i assure u his body fat level must be higher than 40% which is very harmful ANYWAY the whole fitness industry in india is SCAM PLS PEOPLE WHOEVER SEE'S THIS COMMENT just mind what you eating if u do excercise make sure your getting protein rich food to feed and repair your muscel thank you
I agree . My form is imperfect and I am not a fitness expert . My goal is to motivate people to exercise and for myself to improve and getter better than what I was yesterday. Thank you for your opinion . I am trying very hard to get better though .
Well sir, May be his form of workout is wrong but he is motivating lakhs of youngsters and Adults 💯I think u didn't watched his videos and tips in insta 💯So please do watch all his Videos sir first and he know about diet an food For healthy life and I think due to his Height he may struggle to do proper form of workout but one think you have to learn from his to do exercise everyday without any excuses 💯♥️ Don't Hate on someone without knowing them 💯 please 🙏🙏Thank you sir
