It hit hard when it was announced, by his daughter I think it was, that Bruce Willis, her dad, was ill and that it was ravaging his ability to just carry out a normal, everyday life, let alone be able to muster the outward appearance of a global A list celebrity. No one but his closest family members knew just how debilitating and the speed at which it was progressing within him.
