My first RPG game when I was a kid. This game what makes me keep playing and fall in love with magic class in all MMORPG / RPG games. The visual is top notch! Not other FF series can compare to this visual effect.
Vivi was a genius and the most powerful black mage of all Final Fantasy, He was just a child and He didn't even have the time to achieve his full potential, cause at the end of the game He was gone, died sadly because of his super short life span.
Most powerful black mage? He is good but that is pushing it. I think most FF mainantagonists are stronger. Like Artemisia and Kefka. If Vivi is in the Party Kuja defeats him twice and he got no shit on Shantotto. She can jump betweem dimensions, defetated an entire army by herself and she createt the spell "dispellmargedon" which she used to stop an explosion powerful enough to split a continent in half. And we dont know if that is the limit of what "dispellmargedon" can do. And she can not loose. If she looses (fore example in Dissidia) its not the real her but just one of her puppet copies. Even the Warrios of Chaos where cautioes of her. Her character file in Dissidia 012 litterly says she is revered as the ultimate mage. That being said though you do have a point. Considering what he achived in his short lived, if he had a longer life he might could have become the strongest black mage. Shantotto might be OP but she is old enough that her people advice folks to avoid the topic of age. So she had a few years to get where she is now.
I wish vivi could use Flare star, that was the main and only reason i liked fighting kuja. its the best looking skill imo. and its probably the only spell i would have vivi keep using lol.

You mean whenever you fight Kuja's security system? Did you know you're supposed to take those glowing reddish stones? Those are his defenses, and if you take all of them you get some powerful items and make the battle easier so you can use magic on him.

Comet, meteor, and doomsday are all spells that conjure space rocks causing them to crash onto the Battlefield. Doomsday is the only one with an element attached onto it??? Why?

it not a boss its a monster im in this cave wear i have to ring a bell to open a door, and i save a moogle trap under a big bell,this ugly monster who is a snake have arms pink hair no eyes holds a sword n a fan uses migth n enligth. only give me 63 exp.that thing hp atleast 700.
+Renza yup kill the boss with freya and vivi the leader. oh I got a question where do I get this game in a better graphic. my graphic is very bad I can barely see my characters face. I bougth my in ps3 store n install it but I was hoping for better graphics but dont have it.

Magic like flare and meteor, looks better than the recent games of the franchise
I have not played a ton of FF games but the magic in FFIX does look cooler then it did in FF X.

The magic animations in this game are beautifully overdone. Flare and Blizzaga are probably my favorites.

Alternatively equip Shadow-absorbing equipment and watch as the enemy gets heavily damaged while your entire party regains a shitload of HP back.

I've never understood the reflectx2 skill as opposed to just using auto reflect on one or several team members and doing it that way.
It's cost effective on Vivi, you don't need reflect on everyone.
