Thanks for this video, please I want to go into it as a business.. how can I get the manual slicer you used. And how do I go about it to produce massive quantity. Thanks & God bless you
Thanks for reaching out. Congratulations on your intention of going into this business full scale. In that case, I won’t recommend you use the slicer I used in this video as it is too small to handle large production. I recommend you check out your local market to see if they sell bigger slicers and processing machines for large scale production. Wishing you the best!
I’ve never tried drying in an oven. But if you want to try it, use the lowest oven setting and see how it goes. Alternatively, you can use a food dehydrator too just as I used it in this video th-cam.com/video/BaJg8lIp5zg/w-d-xo.html

Well, as a beginner, you can start off by applying the method shown in this video. Dry the cocoyam under sunlight, grind them, package and sell them. When you have more funds, you can then purchase industrial food dehydrator, slicer, grinding machine and packaging equipment. Wishing you all the best in your endeavours
@@Globalfoodbook1 thank you very much, for your caring reply. I had produced small quantity of the cocoyam flour, it was a breakthrough experiment. I had bought more of the cocoyam today, I am looking forward to introduced my stuff into our local market. I had watch another videos, that said boiling before drying, pls what's the best process, washing, peeling and cutting then dry or washing, cooking, cutting before drying? What the best practice?
