I knew the RS would be the favorite before the cold start. I've ridden race bikes for years. Now year 3 on R1250GS - It an absolute BLAST! Next level comfortable, plug in heated jacket, turn on heated seat and grips connect the Cardo and you're in heaven on earth. The thing with the RS is that its the absolute best at splitting hairs between performance and comfort. The GS is the equivalent of a BMW X5M60 and the RS is a Lamborghini Urus.
Great comparison video! I love content about motorcycles and I’m really looking forward to more videos like this. Thanks to this video, it’s much easier to understand which motorcycle is better. Thank you and I can’t wait for more!
Tall-rounders are the best bikes made, but I can't justify a $25,000 price tag for a BMW M1000XR or nearly $35,000 for a Mutlistrada V4 Pikes peak, let alone $40k+ for an RS. That's why I ride a Street Triple RS lol.
@@Waldo1122 the M 1000 RR brakes are not Brembo and therefore not top tier. It also doesn't have blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise, cornering ABS or an Ohlins suspension. No comparison Sir.
@@650ib The M1000XR brakes are Brembo, BMW just won't let Brembo put them on the visible side of the Calipers. The multistrata, pikes, Peak, and the RS love those backcountry roads, even twisting around at 50 and 60 miles an hour is so comfortable. And when really get after it, you don’t even have to move your body it tips in effortlessly.

You get all the performance with the comfortable and all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately for the multistrada is it is one of the more expensive bikes brand new, but in the used market they don't hold their value as well as other ducatis for similar model years.
