  • Hey everyone! In this video I show how to rotisserie a rack of ribs over an open fire on a Weber Kettle. These turned out great and had an amazing flavor that I’d recommend everyone to try this style of cook out. Hit the subscribe if you haven’t already cause I’ll have more content coming soon.

I have a rotisserie on the way for my Weber 22, so I have been watching rib cooks and yours is the best I have seen thusfar. I couldn't tell definitively but it did appear to have good color, but couldn't tell if it was a nice mahogany or not. Or how the flavor compared to traditional smoke ribs on a stick burner. Thanks again.

Hey Paul, thanks for the video! I purchased this exact same grill, and I have no idea what model it is? The dude I bought it from was the original owner and he had removed the back ID tag. Would you mind letting me know what model (and year) it is so I can order parts? So far, i love this grill!
    thanks so much!

Glad to see you got the forks installed. Can't understand the reason for starting the cook while the flame is so high. The end results look great, bet they taste delicious. Would have added some bbq sauce toward the end of the cook for a nice finish.

Thanks John. I couldn’t remember the name of the rod forks while I was filming this one. No lid just a straight wood fire. What a great flavor it gave. Have a great Memorial Day John
