great vid, i couldn't agree more about the power usage when doing dynos - when trying a new move i always try to fall just short on the first attempt, i find it helps my brain learn faster how much energy is needed for the movement

Yeah! It's all about finding the right point. I think that's probably the reason there's so many in comps 😂 it's so hard to find it fast
