Make sure the man recovers, for goodness sake, I understand he is in great pain. I've never heard a rider cry in pain after a crash. It was a shock. My most heartfelt wishes of speedy and full recovery to him.

Actually he cried realizing that all the struggles wont pay off and his season is gone..I had cried even more I guess... the physical pain usually kicks in a little later... as they say he can only sleep on his stomack due to the broken ribs

Wally is a very unselfish rider IMO. Personally I think puts the team first too much when other riders ride for themselves. Matteo looks a good rider . My pick is Mads an Aussie or Matteo....

Clipless pedals contribute to bike accidents. They have very small marginal gains and prevent the rider from sticking their legs out to the side in a split second when an accident happens
