One thing I love about the writing on this show is they constantly put characters in situations where you have to ask yourself. What would I do in this moment? Sometimes there is no good answer and it's two not great options.
I've been following you on your Walking Dead journey from the beginning, love your reactions. The next several seasons are fantastic and I can't wait to see what you think 👍
You are allowed! This episode was insane. When Maggie and Glenn were on the pharmacy run and she was attacked, I wish Glenn “wha do you call this one?”
"Everything's food for something else" man Carl was spitting wisdom from day 1 I love Carl so much. Also Rick had that strong of a reaction to keep a baby that probably isn't even his, like Rick Grimes is a remarkable man
I agree that Lori should have consulted with her husband before making any sort of decision about the pregnancy. I hate the way she pits Rick and Shane against each other and makes their conflict worse as the season goes on. I really don't understand how she can be blamed for getting with Shane when she thought Rick was dead, though. Is she supposed to just be alone from that point on forever? In real life when someone dies, it's fairly common for their partner to get with their best friend or a close friend, because of their shared grief, etc. I blame her for a LOT of things, but not for getting with Shane when he LIED to her and told her Rick was dead. For that, I solely blame him. Great reaction as usual! I'm very much enjoying watching you experience this show for the first time!
I agree with you on Lori, she never cheated on Rick, she had no reason to believe that she was not a widow. But once Rick came back, she chose him over Shane every single time. Also, I don't want to give anything away, but when you go back and watch it again, you realize they are telling a loonnngggg story with Lori, and we are getting clues about it here
Something I love about Carl is how mature he is when he needs to take responsibility He didn’t make excuses for stealing a gun apologized and agreed to Lori’s conditions. The acting between Andrew Lincoln (Rick) And Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori) At the end of the episode is phenomenal I think that scene is probably my favourite in the episode just based on the amazing acting. I get why Maggie was pissed but this situation was a bit different because Glenn specifically offered and Lori asked if he was still up for it It was a lot different than the well situation I think with the well Glenn did feel used but not when Lori asked because she fully gave him the option to turn her down and he’s the one who originally offered Plus that time it was for someone he cares about and is worried about so I give that one a pass at least. Man I love your discussions They’re so well thought out and you give consideration to every character Your opinions fluctuate and you guys seem very understanding of what’s going on with the characters and their behaviour instead of always reacting emotionally I really love hearing your thoughts with that in mind.
I agree with you 💯 on the Lauri situation 😊, Can't wait to see your reactions, loved your reaction to Andrea giving Shane her kung fu grip 😅...."chiiiild" 😂
Dale & Daryl are easily my 2 fave characters too. There is nothing that happens that Dale doesn't see. He's the moral compass of the group & he reminds me of my Dad. I really love that he calls bulls**t when he sees it, no matter who it is...and Daryl...this is the world he was built for. He is so bad ass!!! If I'm ever stuck in a zombie apocalypse that's the guy I want by my side
Look, they are in an apocalyptic world with death all around! Your life turned upside down completely! They try to find joy at any turn and make good and bad decisions on the fly! Just put yourself in their shoes! Hard life to live! I just love your reaction and opinions! Also have you watched “FROM”? Highly recommend it
True. And I dislike Lori. But not for specific reasons. Her personality is just boring or something. On edge always. Idk. Although she does annoy me, as someone else said, when she pins Rick and Shane against each other.
Theres an Story about the Wiltshire Estates its something that would be perfect to explain (we may never get answers to them). The Reason why you seen the Entire Estate being so clean and not bloody with walkers everywhere is because it was far away from City of Atlanta, the reason you seen the Bins piled up is because they thought the Military would come and get them, but really nothing happened during the time, the hole you saw was probably made by someone Unknown which was a hole for them to go through if the walkers came in. the Burnt walkers were just probably survivors till they got burnt.
6:10 Yes they are real guns on set firing blanks except for pretty much any gun Carl has as this was filmed Georgia and at the time carls actor wasn’t old enough to handle guns on set even though their just blanks
I don't agree that Glenn always gets put in harms way first. She says that the group doesn't know how strong he is and then she says he shouldn't be the one to be put at risk. You can't have it both ways. Rick and Darrell always risk themselves for the group so if Glenn shouldn't be upset when Rick asks for his help. It means he respects him. The only thing I agree onis that the well thing was a stupid risk.
maggie is falling in love with Glen so emotionally she feels as if all the people at camp does is take advantage of him an puts him in danger. and hes too good of a person to not help others so she got upset with Lori for not asking her own husband "rick to do it
Lori logic... how could you keep the fact from me that he might want us off of his property (even though he's made it pretty clear, he doesn't like them being there) While actively keeping the fact hidden, she's been sleeping with his best friend and is now pregnant.
@@bethanychatman9531 If Shane had played with himself there wouldn’t have been an issue lol When Shane was going to leave Lori said no stay. He was obsessed and he knew it couldn’t be so he was taking himself out of the situation. Lori gave him hope that it could be.
I agree with you with Lauri, she's selfish. I get it is the apocalypse, but she is very impulsive when making decisions, it's all about her feelings. I also agree about her wanting to abort. She is having unprotected sex with Shane and then Rick, and is shocked when she gets pregnant. Give me a break. However that's one of the things I like about the show, the characters are flawed, some much more than others. She doesn't deserve Rick, he was too good of a man for her.
If i were Lori i wouldn't had that baby. And i watched the show, lol. Shit i don't most people would be that reckless, especially since she has a child that depends on her.
Dale questioning Shane about Otis and standing up to him even with Shane’s crazy look is one of my favourite parts of the episode Also I loved how Dale didn’t mention that Glenn told him about the barn or Lori pregnancy.
You are correct. It doesn't make it right especially since Rick was only in the hospital for about a month before everything happened then by the time they were all together at the CDC it had only be 63 days since the walker outbreak. So 3 months and she's getting it on with someone else. This is one of the reason's Lori isn't my favorite. Although Shane deserves his share of the blame too.
Lori's character to this point is one of few that its easy to have a negative opinion on! Not looking for the political devare either, but i agree on being against abortion on almost all scenarios...but id be lying if this doesn't give me pause. Secondly w the whole Shane situation...morily reprehensible, until you factor in single modern day woman w a small child, grieving, and highly at risk. This is equivalent to your husband dying in 1750..a strong male already cares for you and your son, feels responsible for whatever reason (we all can list them) etc. She would have been borderline crazy to not be with him. Things become very simple when your not in 1st world..oh you care about me, good we are married now!
I’m with you I don’t like Lori and have never liked Lori. And I don’t care that she slept with Shane and yes that baby is Shane’s. Ain’t no way that baby is Rick’s bcuz that pregnancy test showed up loud and clear. And time line wise Rick have only been with the group about 2 weeks. Plus when we met Lori and she was in that tent the way she put that shirt in her fist up to her mouth like she was 🤢 make me think she was pregnant then and people like to argue that Jenner took blood so he would have seen it and I say not bcuz Jenner was looking for who might be bit not who’s pregnant. And I don’t like Shane either. Shane was only about Carl and Lori, everyone else he would have thrown to walkers ala Otis to save them. Also Lori is a hypocrite she wants to come at Rick about Hershel wanting them off the farm when this heffer is carrying around 2 bombs. Shane and Shane’s baby. I’m not a fan of Maggie but I was clapping when Maggie chewed her up 😂. As for having sex with Shane she made that choice. He never forced her, even if he did tell her Rick was 💀. Lori wanted out of her marriage and we saw that from the flashback and what Rick told Shane in the squad car. Anyway see you on the next one.
I think the baby is Ricks. She was having sex with Shane for months and didn't come up pregnant until Rick hit it, again. I think Rick got the magic stick..🤭
Don’t be afraid to stand on 10 toes with what the Bible says. 2 Timothy 1:8 (KJV) Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; And also I agree with you I can’t stand Lori the least favorite character lol
I definitely pro choice BUT in this situation it would be healthier and less risky for her to carry the baby than do some crazy backyard @borti@n!! She could have gotten really sick and died anyway. I'm pro choice with medical care not in the the dirty field Lori 😂. and personally think she only wanna do it cause she knew that was SHANES BABY. She know she wrong for doing it with Shane. she know it. I know it and you know it!!! Lori is different and I don't care for her much 😂
I love how empathetic yet logical Rick is It’s what makes him such a great leader and a great husband.
One thing I love about the writing on this show is they constantly put characters in situations where you have to ask yourself. What would I do in this moment? Sometimes there is no good answer and it's two not great options.

This episode was insane.

It is so refreshing to see a reactor with such a good moral compass. Thank you!
Lori's nobody's favorite😅

“I know what kinda man you are” is unironically still one of the best lines in the show, I love dale so much he’s like everyone’s wise grandpa

I felt so bad for Glenn everyone was putting so much pressure on him.

Hershel IS a good man and a kind heart but has a lot to learn about idealism vs pragmatism.

Next one is a banger
13:35 Introducing Maggie Green
Shane is correct, you have to put them under pressure to use the gun properly in the situation they are in. You will see in future episodes.
"World went to shit and you thought I was dead"
That's Rick trying to cope lol.
6:10 Yes they are real guns on set firing blanks except for pretty much any gun Carl has as this was filmed Georgia and at the time carls actor wasn’t old enough to handle guns on set even though their just blanks

Laurie played with Shane till his love consumed him. I never liked her and I agree with you n everything girl
Shane also played with himself as well. He was obsessed with what he wanted as well.

Reckless is the right word! To have a baby in a zombie apocalypse is the worst judgment ever. And then, no spoilers here, but look what happened...🙄

No, I'm pro-life, I just don't believe in forcing my will on anybody. Jesus said not to judge.
Daryl will grow on you trust me
He’s already growing on me!!! I love his character ❤️
"husband is there to lead" really? We grew up in different worlds.
One would only hope those who took care of guns, on set, used completely fake guns. Not just modified guns. Modified guns have cost lives on sets.
It should still be a choice.

Why do you treat your viewers as if they're 15 year Olds. Deleting scenes like we are children.
But you have been judging throughout the series. It's only a movie.
