Fantastic little engine, would be nice if Katie could come down for a run at MSTEC one day, hopefully the cab is narrow enough to clear the platforms there as they did set them up for their little loco's. Still haven't made it up to Lynton yet, annoying I live so far away but it'll happen hopefully.
Never ceases to amaze me how guys can build these locomotives from scratch, and some build many! Incredible. Good video John. Cheers AC
Agreed , and Ken builds these locos and wagons with no plans , it's all from his mind
A project well done! What a beautiful Lokey...... very well proportioned. Finished just in time for a "STEAMY" New Year Celebration!
Thanks , yes it will be steamed for Christmas at least
Facinating how you get it restored and ready to run again. Looks fantastic.

I'm think that both Merlin and Katie are too wide .
Such a beautiful mogul
Awesome little loco. Great details. I was hoping you got some footage of my steam tractor when the mgb club was there.

Thanks to your hard work mate .
How do you keep embers out of your face when you are up to speed?
That's always a problem with steam engines .
I live 20 mins away from the bmr .
