Hi nice video about 787 dreamliner been on it last year went to dominican republic and usa in 2017🇺🇸 😊 I love the 787 with tui best looking aircraft then any other aircraft out there 787s are the best. Soon we be going to gran canaria San juan puerto rico for are week break. Looking forward to go on the best 787 dreamliner yet again can't wait.😀

Hey Anthony, if you upgraded to premium, you get access to the airport lounge in the UK. You'll get access for up to 3 hours before your outbound flight, to one of the following lounges at our UK airports...
London Gatwick - No.1 Lounge (North terminal)
Manchester Terminal 2 - Escape Lounge
Glasgow - Sky Lounge
Birmingham - No.1 Lounge
Newcastle International - Aspire Lounge
East Midlands - Escape Lounge
London Stansted - Escape Lounge
Edinburgh - No.1 Lounge
Cardiff - Cardiff Airport Executive Lounge
Bristol - Aspire Lounge

If you fly a Dreamliner short haul and go to the premium cabin do you still get all of this or it it just classed as extra legroom?
It's classed as extra legroom, without the free drinks and food, you will have to pay for drinks and food as it is a short haul flight,

I have flown premium 2 times previously with TUI, both times to Mexico. We take off again on the 13th of July to Mexico again. We have upgraded to premium, however I’m seeing ‘an order of drinks service’ being adopted for premium travellers now, previously you were given a drinks menu and if you fancied a drink mid way through the flight ad hoc you could press the call button and ask for a drink, is this now not the case? A bit disappointed if we are restricted to 2 x drinks services after paying a £1300 upgrade! Can you advise if what I’m saying is correct, hopefully it’s not. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children so nobody will be hammering the alcohol but still, poor if you cannot ask for a drink at any time during the flight.

Me and my family are booked up to Mexico in Sep2024, paid for the holiday then later decided to upgrade one way to premium on the out bound flight from Newcastle but told we were unable to even though seats were available. TUI would only upgrade if we upgraded both ways. A little bit disappointed.

It's just how we make sure those Premium seats are yours for the entire holiday. ☺️ ^Dave
Bit 2 expensive for me premium would do it if could get a discount on it we fly with tui friday may 31st to orlando

Great question Francesca, The seats are super comfy and have a spacious 38" seat pitch on the Dreamliner. You can also enjoy a bigger recline so you can really relax and enjoy your favourite film(s) onboard! 🤩 Are you thinking of booking the seats on your next long haul flight? ☺️ ^Dave
A bit misleading about the 25kg luggage. We're going to Costa Rica next year and we get 23kg with premium.
Agreed I'd rather fly with virgin.

Can Americans book?
I find the 787 very noisy in the cabin due to the air conditioning system, which is very expensive to maintain in addition. I also find the 9 abreast in economy class cramped since the 787 was designed to be an 8 abreast configuration. Boeing however, made it 9 abreast to make the economics work, but the seats are narrower than flying the A330 and A350 by 1 inch. Also you cannot be a cabin crew, it’s a flight attendant, but you can be a member of the cabin crew. The mood lighting is offered on all modern airliners so the 787 is really nothing special and is now 20 years old in its programme.
