I want to attempt these beautiful treats.. question is... The pistachios in center are dry. If we bite into it it will just pour out .. or will the syrup somehow make it's ways to the center and bind the nuts?
Or maybe soak all middles in a honey water mixture prior to making petals?
@@substance1232 for me it was fine I did not find it dry.you can always add more sugar syrup if you like. Happy baking.

Hi, I'm from bd. Must say wonderful job! But my question is the pistachios in middle is not stuck to the petals, so when u bring the rose upside down won't it come out?
Hi thank you dear & no they dnt fall off as the pistachio pocket is square in shape so it act as a barrier in the (round) hole & fits quite well if you push it a little deeper without ruining the shape of the rose.happy baking😊
I tried this baklava. But the sheets of dough made in the shape of flowers were not enough and they were all stacked.
Hi dear. You need 12 round buttered sheets to make one rose overlapping each other at some distance. Also you need a glass with narrow opening. Hope this helps.Happy baking😊
Nice presentation, but not syrupy enough, will crumble all over the place if one bites into it. It might be nice just to look at or for decoration.
