Do different APAP machines record air pressure differently? I was using a Philips Respironics System One until last week. My 95% pressure varied from 11.5 to 12.5 consistently. Now with this BMC APAP, my 95% pressure varies from 8.0 to 9.0. The amount of AHI is really the same between the Philips and the BMC, only the 95% pressure is somewhat different. All other reported parameters are really close from Philips compared to BMC. Thank you.
May depend on technical algorithm, there is a little difference between them. The products of each manufacturer may be different. It will not affect your use. Take it easy, you can also leave message in bmc-marketing@bmc-medical.com.
