The leader is pretty much right. Every time Bruce/Hulk stop a villain from their evil plan or rampage, Bruce/Hulk always loses. Even abomination in ultimate destruction says the same thing. Bruce is still on the run, people still fear him, and still stuck with the hulk.

@GOATSLAYER95 unfortunately though he didn't want to do another Hulk movie. That's partly why there wasn't a sequel
i absolutely love the detransformation/transformation when he touches the ball.
This would actually be interesting to see as a movie fight.
Teleportation, psionic blasts, psychic illusions and deadly technology.
This version of the leader is the only iteration that has got in a fight with the Hulk and came to a draw
Maybe we'll get this version in the new Captain America movie
Supposedly, he was going to be in the movies canceled sequel. Also Apreently ultimate destruction was originally going to be a direct sequel to this, but because of mixed reactions to this game from some fans, they re bult it as a separate game
Imagine this with Mark Ruffalo and Tim Blake Nelson.
Tim blake nelson will reprise his role from the incredible hulk in captain america new world order, only this time he will be in his mutated form.
