I have the 72 inch box for 3 years now in a heavy duty diesel shop and have no issue it’s a great box. I added side lockers and a rockin tool box hutch
I have the exact same box…exact same color and about the same length of time. 3-4 years as backyard mechanic. No issues with the box what so ever and even moved last year with the box after purchasing a new home and box is still perfect. It’s heavy with good quality construction without the “name” price tag. Now I need another one or the 72” as I have the 56 full and still have tools that need a home.
Every box that uses slides is going to wobble and that’s pretty much all boxes, slides just don’t have lateral support… only thing I’ve seen that didn’t wobble much was old school Stanley Vidmar drawers and then they wobble and of course they aren’t available anymore and were many thousands to buy new…
Take the Snap On off and put the US Gen. back on. The equivalent Snap On costs over $4000 list and is smaller, weighs less and holds less weight. Come on guys, let’s call it like it is.
That big drawer bottom right is my favorite feature! Spaced perfectly for hanging file folders to hold all my owners manuals, service records, etc.

I'm seriously considering going up to a 72" box... I need more room and I'm not happy having a top box instead of the flat surface..

Nice honest review. You did have me doing a double take on the snapon on the box. Box looks good and that's the size/make I'm after.
Had mine for about 6 months. Used magnets to get around those silly latches. Bottom left drawer is a waste. Other than that, I love it!

I agree with you. All drawers are going to wobble. What I see is lesser quality boxes tend to wobble more then boxes of better quality

Big corner drawer I would put my welding helmet in it for me an gloves.
i think you got a series 1 us general 56" box my series 2 does not have that drawer wobble.
I hate that drawer latch mechanism they use on these.
I’ve gotten used to the drawer latch.. my big complaint is the big drawer on the lower right side.. seems like 2 drawers would be more useful
