I loved IROC, take all the champs from the series and pit them all against each other in equal cars, and ol' Earnhardt seemed like he just rose to the occasion in these types of races.

I was a big time GM (Greg Moore) fan. The guy had so much talent. Was a better driver than Helio Castronevas, Ryan Hunter Reay, and Will Power of those drivers we have today. Not saying their bad by no means. But, Greg was in a league of his own, especially on ovals.

It would most likely have proved impossible due to various schedules, but I'd have loved an ultimate IROC series where the Formula One, World Rally, NASCAR, CART, IRL etc champions had competed in one race at each series' discipline ie. at a NASCAR race, a WRC event, a Fomula One championship round, a CART street circuit and so on in appropriately modified cars. Then we'd have seen who was the "champion of champions" over all types of four wheel motor sport.

NASCAR Top-3 plus most recent past champ plus highest driver rating--> Keselowski, Bowyer, Johnson, Stewart, Kenseth (alternates Kahne, Biffle, Hamlin) Indycar Top-3--> Ryan Hunter-Reay, Will Power, Scott Dixon (alternates Franchitti, Castroneves) 1 USAC National Champ --> Bryan Clauson 1 WoO Champion --> Donny Schatz 1 NNS Champion--> Ricky Stenhouse (alternate Dillon) 1 NCWTS Champion--> James Beuscher
It’s crazy to think that by the end of the decade, Brian Clauson would be dead, Kenseth, Kahne, Biffle, and (soon) Johnson would be retired, Australia was burning and we would have a major pandemic.
Pontiac Firebirds. I wonder if they had spotters? Really wish they would bring IROC back, loved watching these races as a kid, classic Intimidator move for the win!
When you weigh the same as Danica Patrick, then your car is faster and you don't have to bump anyone. How did that clean driving work out for Mark in Cup racing???............................ That's what I thought. STFU !!!!!
