Excellent presentation. Although I now live in the US, I experienced this toxic hazard of living in a frequent violent communal atmosphere as a Hindu minority in a cluster of majority Christians in Meghalaya. Hope Government of India takes adequate policy to mitigate this problem of Hindus still living there.

I heard the entire presentation. I am happy Indian Ministries allow such presentations to reach length and breadth of the country. This topic has to be discussed at colleges and universities. I am sure the data presented can be examined further to draw conclusions. The last few miniatures on diversity is an eye opener . The quality and depth of this presentation puts to shame national journals and journalists.

Brilliant lecture from the erudite Shamika Ravi.....Important points to consider:
1)Unlike the propaganda of N-S divide, there is actually an E-W divide in India with the East considerably poor
2)Too much focus of the youth on Public sector jobs is harmful not only for the youth but also for the economy. We need a risk taking mindset and culture
3)Wherever the H becomes minority in the country, diversity declines.
I'm glad there is data for it to throw in the face of pseudo seculars.

    My impression-
    1. Massive data presented
    2. Data presented too quickly and no time to digest and do not see data for your state
