Yes you are right. But if you want efficiency better to replace the solar panels, they have quite big degradation especially in hot climate in short time

This power bank actually makes sense using it in a boat. You can charge it thru solar no need to plug and recharge thru an AC wall outlet.

Only one point, it has extremely fast charging time from AC. One hour up to 80 percents, and 1,5 until full from zero. From solar it takes really much more but works if you have no other way
