You did alright with the generator! I have its bigger brother, the E4000E - 4kVa, 220v, 10hp diesel V twin, and then, I also have its baby brother, the E800 - 800Watt, 220v single cylinder petrol. These are all proper generators with current feedback excitation - no nasty, choppy, electronic regulation. If you're not familiar with current feedback, it's an interesting arrangement - simple and yet so precise and reliable. Inside that control box, you'll find all the control and regulation gear, and there should be a circuit diagram pasted on the drop down panel at the back of the box, or inside the metal top cover of the box if there is no drop down panel. Those Sawafuji alternators are virtually bulletproof, but don't expect a massive output - I think it's about 1400 Watts, but I can't be sure, however, it's all there on those two rating plates - one from Sawafuji and one from Honda. That's a nice generator, and worth a lot more than the sixty quid you for it! Enjoy 👍
Good ole jenny... i believe you gots a iveco..i gots an iveco..55 plate. I gots abs and edc warning lights lit. WOULD prerhaps you know where im to look for solutions? Am going bananas..8 garages and none can give me a definitive..i thinks its cuz amma gal they dont wanna hlp me on the rd Mr Cave
