Yoshi Magic is a fun little editor for this game, so I decided to put a few bosses together for a few battles, and some actions they did were...interesting.
Unforunately, Yoshi Magic is still in it's early stages, so the only things you can edit in the program are the simple things, like stats, enemies, etc.
This is how it works. Basically, birby100 made it so that Popple does what he's supposed to do in the battle where he's paired with Birdo. Now, once you defeat Popple, the game programs his partner to say a line. And since the game knows Popple's partner is supposed to be Birdo, the game transformed the only opposing entity on the screen, Iggy, into Birdo.
Keep in mind that Bowser had forgotten about his fire, his kids, his arch-nemesis, and even his name. He was really below his full potential! And Roy... He's got a good number of years to go before he gets his dad's back problems.
As hard as it was watching this because of how often he's not successfully countering (maybe doing it on purpose) it was pretty funny seeing these interact.
In my opinion it was cool that he didn't counter them often. I mean, this is one of the rare clip where we see the Koopaling spinning attack's effect at 4:46. Before that, I didn't even know how that attack actually worked.
Uhhh... Why the flip did the first battle Larry said quote: that mustache guy..... Does he like me? Then chucklissa gets dressed and, again, Larry says quote: now he will!
+Mario Ruales It gives gradual HP restoration: every turn for a few turns (I'm not sure what the exact number is), each bro will restore a small amount of HP just before they get to choose an action.
